PURPOSE: A method for fabricating artificial leather with air permeability is provided to strengthening bonding force between a fabric and a film and to prevent peeling or separation of the film. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating artificial leather with air permeability comprises: a step of napping the surface of a fabric(S2); a step of coating the back side of the fabric with napping using resin with hydrolysis resistance and flame retardancy for reinforcing the back side of the fabric(S2); a step of coating the napping surface of the fabric with water soluble PU resin solution to form a film(S4); a step of embossing the surface of the fabric(S5); a step of spraying water soluble resin solution on the film surface; and a step of spraying top protect resin on the film surface. PURPOSE: A rubber composition is provided to be used at high-temperature area in engine, in case of using as a dynamic damper of vehicles, and to maintain initial ride comfort regardless of season or temperature. CONSTITUTION: A rubber composition comprises 100-150 parts by weight of ethylene-propylene rubber, 10-30 parts by weight of paraffin oil, 20-50 parts by weight of inorganic filler, 1-10 parts by weight of peroxide cross linker, 1-10 parts by weight of crosslinking promoter, and 1-10 parts by weight of antiaging agent. The weight average molecular weight of the ethylene-propylene rubber is 260,000-270,000, Mooney viscosity is 20-30, and ethylene content is 40-60 weight%. The inorganic filler is one or more kinds selected from calcium carbonate, talcum, clay, silica, mica, titanium dioxide, carbon black, graphite, woolastonite, and nanosilver.

PURPOSE: A wiper blade for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reform the hydrophilic properties of a Diamond Like Carbon coating layer into the hydro phobic properties. CONSTITUTION: A wiper blade for a vehicle is composed of a Diamond Like Carbon coating layer and an implant layer. The DLC coating layer is deposited on the surface of the wiper blade using carbon ion. The thickness of the DLC coating layer is 0.1~2 micrometer. The implant layer is formed inside the DLC coating layer in order to reform the surface of the DLC coating layer.

PURPOSE: A bio composite material composition is provided to ensure good strength elasticity in bending, excellent moldability, cost economic power and tactility and to prepare an environment-friendly composite sheet with light weight. CONSTITUTION: A polypropylene/soy-protein compositions of bio composite materials comprises polypropylene resin 65~85 weight%, bean-protein particle 10~30 weight% and zinc sulfate(ZnSO4) 2~10 weight%. A method for preparing a polypropylene/soy-protein bio composite sheet comprises the steps of: mixing the bio composite material composition; molding pellets by melting and extruding the mixed bio composite materials; molding a sheet by hot press-processing the molded pellet in the condition of a temperature 150~250 °C and pressure 45~80 kg/cm^2; and processing the molded sheet with a cold pressure press to prepare a bio composite sheet.

PURPOSE: A fuel pressure pulse is dampened by changing fluid passage structure of damping portion of a fuel filter device to prevent fuel leakage. CONSTITUTION: A filter housing(13) has a fuel inlet pipe(11) and a fuel outlet pipe(12). A filtering element(14) is installed in lower part of the filter housing(13). A damping portion(15) reduces fuel pressure pulse in the fuel filter device. A fluid passage(16) of the damping portion has a cylinder(18) comprising a thread line(17), and an outer wall(19). Fuel pressure pulse is dampened by the thread line and the outer wall.

PURPOSE: A fuel hose used in a vehicle is provided to remarkably reduce gas evaporative emission and to improve the permeability with respect to all gases by forming the fuel hose in a triple structure. CONSTITUTION: An inner layer made of fluorine rubber prevents fuel from being leaked. Fluorine rubber has fluorine of 60 to 75%. If the content of fluorine is less than 60%, an endurance with respect to fuel oil is lowered. If the content of fluorine is more than 75%, a cold resistance is lowered. A thickness of the inner layer is about 0.3 to 1.0mm. If the thickness of the inner layer is below 0.3mm, it is difficult to extrude the inner layer. If the thickness of the inner layer is above 1.0mm, it is difficult to bond the inner layer with a middle layer. Methylene donor compound can be used to improve the bonding force between the inner layer and the middle layer. An outer layer is made of CMS rubber or ECO rubber.
