Abstract: A device provides user interfaces for capturing and sending media, such as audio, video, or images, from within a message application. The device detects a movement of the device and in response, plays or records an audio message. The device detects a movement of the device and in response, sends a recorded audio message. The device removes messages from a conversation based on expiration criteria. The device shares a location with one or more message participants in a conversation.

Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to managing access to credentials. In some examples, an electronic device authorizes release of credentials for use in an operation for which authorization is required. In some examples, an electronic device causes display of one or more steps to be taken to enable an input device for user input. In some examples, an electronic device disambiguates between commands to change the account that is actively logged-in on the device and commands to cause credentials to be released from the secure element.

Abstract: Devices, Methods, and Graphical User Interfaces for Interacting with a Control Object While Dragging Another Object An electronic device displays a user interface of a first software application that includes one or more draggable objects and one or more control objects; and, detects a contact on a touch sensitive surface at a first location while a focus selector is displayed over a first draggable object and a movement of the contact across the touch-sensitive surface to a second location that corresponds to a first control object. In accordance with a determination that the contact at the first location satisfies object selection criteria, the device moves the first draggable object to the first control object in accordance with the movement of the contact across the touch-sensitive surface to the first control object. In accordance with a determination that the contact at the second location satisfies first intensity criteria, the device performs a first predetermined operation that corresponds to activation of the first control object.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems, devices, and methods for dynamically updating a touch- sensitive secondary display. An example method includes receiving a request to open an application and, in response, (i) displaying, on a primary display, a plurality of user interface (UI) objects associated with the application, the plurality including a first UI object displayed with associated content and other UI objects displayed without associated content; and (ii) displaying, on the touch-sensitive secondary display, a set of affordances representing the plurality of UI objects. The method also includes: detecting, via the touch-sensitive secondary display, a swipe gesture in a direction from a first affordance and towards a second affordance, the first affordance representing the first UI object and the second affordance represents a distinct second UI object. In response to detecting the swipe gesture, the method includes: updating the primary display to display associated content for the second UI object.

Abstract: An electronic device with a display and a fingerprint sensor displays a fingerprint enrollment interface and detects, on the fingerprint sensor, a plurality of finger gestures performed with a finger. The device collects fingerprint information from the plurality of finger gestures performed with the finger. After collecting the fingerprint information, the device determines whether the collected fingerprint information is sufficient to enroll a fingerprint of the finger. When the collected fingerprint information for the finger is sufficient to enroll the fingerprint of the finger, the device enrolls the fingerprint of the finger with the device. When the collected fingerprint information for the finger is not sufficient to enroll the fingerprint of the finger, the device displays a message in the fingerprint enrollment interface prompting a user to perform one or more additional finger gestures on the fingerprint sensor with the finger. An electronic device with a fingerprint sensor, one or more processors, and memory storing or more programs configured to be executed by the one or more processors. In accordance with the one or more programs, the electronic device detects a first input with the fingerprint sensor; and, in response to detecting the first input, the electronic device determines whether the first input includes a fingerprint. When the first input includes a fingerprint, the electronic device performs a first operation based on the presence of the fingerprint without regard to an identity of the fingerprint; and, when the fingerprint in the first input matches an enrolled fingerprint, the electronic device conditionally performs a second operation based on the enrolled fingerprint. An electronic device with a display and a fingerprint sensor displays a form with fields corresponding to one or more credentials of a set of one or more stored credentials. The device receives a request to automatically fill in the form with one or more credentials of the set of one or more credentials. The request includes a finger input on the fingerprint sensor. In response to receiving the request to automatically fill in the form: if the fingerprint is associated with a user who is authorized to use the set of one or more credentials, the device fills in the form with the one or more credentials. If the fingerprint is not associated with a user who is authorized to use the set of one or more credentials, the device forgoes filling in the form with the one or more credentials. An electronic device with a display and a fingerprint sensor stores on the device a respective credential of a user of the device. When executing a software application: the device receives a fingerprint at the fingerprint sensor. In response to receiving the fingerprint and in accordance with a determination that credential-usage criteria have been satisfied, including a fingerprint match to an enrolled fingerprint, the device automatically uses the respective credential of the user in the software application. After automatically using the respective credential, the device receives a request to enroll an additional fingerprint. In response to the request, the device adds the additional fingerprint to the set of enrolled fingerprints. In addition, in response to adding the additional fingerprint to the set of enrolled fingerprints, the device prevents enrolled fingerprints from being used to authorize automatic usage of the respective credential. An electronic device with a display and a fingerprint sensor displays a redacted version of first information on the display. While displaying the redacted version of the first information on the display, the device detects a finger input on the fingerprint sensor. In response to detecting the finger input on the fingerprint sensor, when the finger input includes a fingerprint that matches a previously enrolled fingerprint that is authorized to reveal the first information, the device replaces display of the redacted version of the first information with an unredacted version of the first information; and when the finger input does not include a fingerprint that matches a previously enrolled fingerprint that is authorized to reveal the first information, the device maintains display of the redacted version of the first information on the display. An electronic device with a display and a fingerprint sensor detects, a first input that corresponds to a request to initiate unlocking the device. In response to detecting the first input, the device determines whether the first input meets an unlock criteria, first unlock-failure criteria, or second unlock-failure criteria. If the first input meets the unlock criteria, the device transitions from locked mode to unlocked mode. If the first input meets the first unlock-failure criteria, the device stays in locked mode and adjusts unlock settings so that the device is enabled to be unlocked via an unlock operation in a first set of one or more unlock operations. If the first input meets the second unlock-failure criteria, the device stays in locked mode and adjusts unlock settings so that the device is enabled to be unlocked via an unlock operation in a second set of one or more unlock operations. An electronic device with a display and a fingerprint sensor displays a first user interface on the display and detects a first input while the device is in a locked mode. In response to detecting the first input, the device displays a second user interface on the display, where the second user interface is in a limited-access mode. While displaying the second user interface in the limited-access mode, the device detects a first fingerprint on the fingerprint sensor. When the first fingerprint is one of multiple enrolled fingerprints enrolled with the device, the device displays the second user interface in a full-access mode, and transitions the device from the locked mode to an unlocked mode. When the first fingerprint is not one of the enrolled fingerprints, the device maintains display of the second user interface in the limited-access mode and maintains the device in the locked mode. An electronic device with a display and a fingerprint sensor, while in a locked mode in which access to features of different applications is prevented, displays a first user interface that is one of: a locked-device user interface, and a limited-access user interface for a respective application; and detects, with the fingerprint sensor, a first input to initiate unlocking one or more features. In response to detecting the first input, when the first user interface is the locked device user interface, the device transitions from the locked mode to a multi-application unlocked mode in which the features of the different applications are unlocked. When the first user interface is the limited-access user interface for the respective application, the device transitions from the locked mode to a single-application unlocked mode in which previously locked features of the respective application are unlocked, and continues to prevent access to previously-locked features of other applications.
