Abstract: A fungicidal mixture comprises synergistic amounts of: (1) at least one strobilurin active agent (A) selected from carbamates and/or phenylacetic acid derivatives, e.g. kresoxim-methyl, dimoxystrobin, trifloxystrobin, metominostrobin or azoxystrobin; and (2) a dithiaanthraquinone derivative dithianon (B). A fungicidal mixture comprises synergistic amounts of: (1) at least one strobilurin active agent (A) selected from the carbamates of formula (I) and/or the phenylacetic acid derivatives kresoxim-methyl (IIa), dimoxystrobin (IIb), trifloxystrobin (IIc), metominostrobin (IId), azoxystrobin (IIe) or the dioxazine derivatives of formula (IIf); and (2) a dithianon (B) of formula (III). T = CH or N; n = 0-2; R = halo, 1-4C alkyl or 1-4C haloalkyl; X = CH or CH or N; and Y, Z' = H or halo. Independent claims are also included for: (1) Method for controlling harmful fungi, involving application of (A) and (B) to the fungi, their habitat or plants, seeds, soil, areas, materials or regions to be protected against the fungi; and (2) Use of (A) and (B) for preparing the (A)/(B) mixtures.
