Abstract: La presente invencion se refiere a compuestos de azacicloheptano y diazacicloheptano y ciclooctano de la siguiente formula (I) Ar1-A-B-Ar2 donde Ar1; A; B y Ar2 tienen los significados proporcionados en la descripcion. Los compuestos de conformidad con la presente invencion poseen una alta afinidad con los receptores de dopamina D3 y pueden por consiguiente emplearse para el tratamiento de enfermedades que reaccionan con ligandos de dopamina D3.
