A housing assembly (200) for a battery module (1000) includes a plurality of brackets (1) disposed side by side in the front-rear direction and connected by a snap, and each two adjacent brackets (1) defining a space for receiving the battery (100); a plurality of copper bars (2) disposed vertically on the brackets (1) and having a through-hole adapted for extending an electrode of the battery; and a plurality of insulating frames (3) disposed on the copper bars (2) to cover the electrodes of the batteries; wherein the insulating frame (3) is connected with the bracket (1) by a snap and has an extension direction as same as that of the copper bar (2). A battery module including the housing assembly is also provided.

The battery management device (103) is configured to control the battery heater (102) to heat the battery group (101 ) intermittently when the temperature of the battery group (101) is lower than a first temperature threshold and a residual electric quantity of the battery group (101) is larger than an electric quantity threshold. The power system further comprises an electric distribution box (104), a motor (105), a motor controller (106) connected with the motor (105) and the electric distribution box (104) respectively, and an isolation inductor (L2).

The discharging device comprises: an alternating current charging port (110); a charging connection device (120), configured to transfer, to an external apparatus, an alternating current output from the alternating current charging port; an instrument (130), configured to, upon receiving a trigger signal, send a discharging preparation instruction; a controller (140), communicating with the instrument (130), and configured to, after receiving the discharging preparation instruction, detect whether the charging connection device (120) is connected to the alternating current charging port (110), and if yes, switch to an external discharging mode; a battery manager (150), communicating with the controller (140), and configured to, after the controller (140) switches to the external discharging mode, control actuation of an external discharging loop in a high-voltage distribution cabinet of the electric automobile; and a power battery (160), connected to the high-voltage distribution cabinet, and configured to provide a direct current through the external discharging loop in the high-voltage distribution cabinet. A charging connector support structure (A) and a charging device (B) are provided. The charging connector support structure (A) includes a fixing frame (5), a transmission mechanism (6), and a rotatable support arm assembly (7). The fixing frame (5) is disposed on an inner side of a vehicle body skin (1). The rotatable support arm assembly (7) and the transmission mechanism (6) are disposed on the fixing frame (5). An input side of the transmission mechanism (6) is connected to a charging cap (4) covering a charging socket (3). An output side of the transmission mechanism (6) is connected to the rotatable support arm assembly (7). The rotation of the charging cap (4) is transmitted to the rotatable support arm assembly (7) through the transmission mechanism (6) to drive the rotatable support arm assembly (7) to switch back and forth between an initial state and a support state. The rotatable support arm assembly (7) can support the charging connector (2) inserted into the charging socket (3) when the rotatable support arm assembly is in the support state.

The temperature adjustment method includes the following steps: obtaining a required power used for performing temperature adjustment on a battery; obtaining an actual power used for performing temperature adjustment on the battery; and adjusting an opening degree of an intra-vehicle cooling branch and an opening degree of a battery cooling branch according to the required power, the actual power, an intra-vehicle temperature, and an air conditioner set temperature.
