THE WTRU (102) COORDINATES AND CONSOLIDATES DL SIGNALLING CHANNEL RECEPTION REQUIREMENTS OF A PLURALITY OF CHANNEL ALLOCATION AND/OR DATA TRANSMISSION PROCEDURES CARRIED OUT BY THE WTRU (102) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ESTABLISHED STANDARD PROCEDURE. Abstract: Se proporciona un metodo y aparato que utiliza algoritmos que permiten a las redes celulares determinar el alcance de la energia de transmision de codigo en el control de energia de un enlace descendente, asi como un enlace ascendente. Dos algoritmos ejemplares proporcionan una determinacion de un alcance de energia de transmision apropiado para cada codigo de manera que cuando la energia de transmision de cualquier codigo se aproxima a un limite superior, la energia de transmision de los otros codigos se puede ajustar para que coincidan con el alcance dinamico. Aunque los dos algoritmos ejemplares tienen similitudes funcionales, en el segundo algoritmo la frecuencia de reconfiguracion del alcance de energia de transmision de codigo es mucho menor que la frecuencia de cambio del numero de codigos. Ambos algoritmos son aplicables para uso en todos los modos de transmision en sistemas UMTS.
