Abstract: A mounting system has a mounting device with a carrier component and a mechatronic installation component, a displacement component arranged above the mounting device in an elevator shaft and a support member connected between the carrier component and the displacement component. The displacement component displaces the mounting device in the shaft using the support member, wherein the carrier component is supported by an upper support roller on a support wall of the shaft during the displacement in the shaft. The support member generates a diagonal pull perpendicular to the support wall surface. The mounting system also has a compensating element that counteracts a tilting of the carrier component about the upper supporting roller perpendicular to the support wall during the displacement in the shaft.

Abstract: In a method for carrying out an installation process in an elevator shaft of an elevator system, an assembly device is inserted into the elevator shaft. The assembly device includes a support component, a mechatronic installation component retained by the support component and a control apparatus. At least one assembly apparatus (tool, sensor or component) is arranged on the support component. The support component is fixed in a fixing position in the elevator shaft. After the support component has been fixed, an actual position of the at least one assembly apparatus is determined relative to the installation component. Using the determined actual position relative to the support component, the at least one assembly apparatus is received by the installation component and an assembly step is carried out using the received at least one assembly apparatus.

Abstract: A method and an assembly device for automated determination of a drilling position of a drill hole for a fastener for fastening a component to a possible wall area of a wall, wherein the method steps include: determining a surface contour of the wall area; examining the surface contour and detecting first irregularities in the surface contour using a first detection rule; determining a primary possible support surface area and a primary possible drilling position area that do not have any of the detected first irregularities; examining the surface contour of the primary possible drilling position area and detecting second irregularities in the surface contour using a second detection rule; and determining the drilling position inside the primary possible drilling position area such that the surface contour at the drilling position does not have any of the detected second irregularities.

Abstract: A method for refinishing a surface structure of shaft material of an elevator, which extends along a shaft, enables the use of image data to determine an absolute position and/or speed of an elevator car. The elevator includes the elevator car, which is movable in the shaft, a camera, which is arranged at the elevator car and generates the image data from the surface structure, and an evaluating unit, which determines the absolute position and/or the speed of the elevator car from the image data. The surface structure is refinished at least locally in order to increase a distinctiveness of the surface structure in the image data. The shaft material can be, for example, a guide rail, a fastening element of the guide rail, or a shaft wall.

Abstract: A method for mounting and aligning a guide rail in an elevator shaft of an elevator system, which elevator shaft primarily extends in a main extension direction, includes at least the following steps: securing a rail bracket base to a shaft wall of the elevator shaft; applying a mark to the rail bracket base; aligning the guide rail in relation to the mark; and securing the guide rail to the shaft wall using the rail bracket base. The alignment of the guide rail is carried out by an alignment device that includes an abutment part and a location device.

Abstract: An elevator system includes an elevator car, at least one elevator drive arranged in an elevator shaft and a support strap, wherein the elevator car is arranged in the elevator shaft for movement via the support strap by the elevator drive. A brake system includes a car braking unit associated with the elevator car and a drive braking unit associated with the elevator drive. The car braking unit and the drive braking unit can together be controlled from a common brake control device. The brake system can be used for new elevator system installations and for retrofitting existing elevator systems.

Abstract: An elevator brake for braking and holding an elevator car in an elevator installation, and a method for returning and subsequently holding the elevator brake in a standby position, includes a first actuation device for actuating a first brake lining. The first actuation device includes an electromagnetic holding and catch device that holds an energy store, in the form of a spring accumulator, in a loaded state and releases the energy store when required. The electromagnetic holding and catch device includes a plurality of electromagnets that act directly or indirectly on the energy store by a lever distribution. The electromagnetic holding and catch device alternatively, or additionally, can include a traction device that holds the first brake lining in the standby position. The traction device is looped around a bollard or capstan and held at a free end by at least one electromagnet.

Abstract: A method for controlling a flight-capable drone in an elevator shaft of an elevator system uses an elevator system inspection arrangement configured for carrying out the method. The method comprises the following steps: receiving elevator shaft segment information provided by the elevator system that indicates which volume segment of the elevator shaft is currently designated to be off-limits for the drone; and controlling the drone along a flight path automatically determined by the drone, wherein the drone determines the flight path such that the drone travels exclusively outside of the volume segment designated as off-limits for the drone, wherein the drone determines the flight path taking into account the received elevator shaft segment information. By exchanging the elevator shaft segment information with the elevator system, the drone is able to initiate evasive maneuvers in good time in order to prevent collisions with fast-moving components of the elevator system.
