Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair dyeing agent composition having an excellent decolorizing function, homogeneously dyeing the hair in bright and good hue, and having little irritating odors and little irritation to the scalp.
SOLUTION: This hair dyeing agent composition is prepared by using a first agent containing an alkali agent and a second agent containing an oxidizing agent, and comprises the following ingredients (A)-(D), and has pH7.5-12 after mixing the ingredients. The ingredient (A) is an organic solvent having 0.3-6 partition coefficient (logP) of octanol-water at 25°C and ≤200 molecular weight and is used in 1-50wt.%. The ingredient (B) is the alkali agent (containing 0.01-3 wt.% ammonia based on the whole agent) and is used in 0.1-10 wt.%. The ingredient (C) is the oxidizing agent and is used in 0.1-12 wt.% based on the conversion in terms of hydrogen peroxide. The ingredient (D) is water and is used in 20-55 wt.%.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair treatment protector to prevent adhesion of a hair treatment agent on skin and clothes and make the protector easy to wear, by equipping an absorptive body to absorb and retain the hair treatment agent onto a fitting band part and making the absorptive body extensible/contractible in the longitudinal direction. A strip elastic member 5 is place in the circumference direction of the fitting band part to make the fitting band part extended/contracted by the elastic force of an elastic member 5. The elastic member 5 is equipped around the whole circumference of the fitting band part between the absorptive body 4 in the fitting band part and the surface sheet 6.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the subject composition excellent in hair-dyeing effect, easy to handle, causing no severe hand skin stains even if applied on the hair with bare hands without using any implement, and enabling grey hair to be gradually turned unremarkable by being simply washed away after left to stand for a short time. CONSTITUTION:The objective hair dying composition contains as the essential ingredients, (A) pref. 0.02-0.1 (esp. 0.03-0.08)wt.% of an acid dye and (B) pref. 0.5-50 (esp. 1-35)wt.% of an organic solvent. This composition has the following characteristics: (1) pH: 2.0-3.5 (esp. 2.5-3.0) determined in the form of a 10% aqueous solution; and (2) buffering ability in the form of 10 % aqueous solution: 0.005 to 0.01 gram equivalent. This hair dying composition, having the above- mentioned advantages, can make grey hair gradually unremarkable by being washed away within two minutes after applied on the hair.

Polymerization of the monomer mixture is then carried out to afford the objective fine particles, consisting of shell walls of an organic polymer compound having 1.5-10 swelling degree for a liquid substance and capable of providing a spherical shape in enclosing the above- mentioned liquid substance and flat shape in releasing the aforementioned liquid substance.
