Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycled material for a vacuum heat insulating body by collecting hard urethane foam waste from a selection device outlet, finely crushing the waste, and filling a ventilating inner bag material with it. SOLUTION: After waste is put in a crushing device so as to be roughly crushed, the crushed hard urethane foam waste is collected by means of a selection device. The collected waste is finely crushed by a friction type crusher so as to be turned into powder constituting a core material for a vacuum heat insulating body. Then, synthetic silica is mixed with the powder, and the mixture is stirred and charged in a ventilating inner bag material, and consequently, a core material for the vacuum heat insulating body is formed. The core material is dried at 120-180 deg.C, and then, inserted into a covering material formed of a gas-barrier film and shaped into a bag by heat sealing three sides of the gas-barrier film, and after the inside of the covering material is evacuated, the rest one side is sealed by heat sealing, and consequently, the vacuum heat insulating body is formed. In this way, hard urethane foam waste collected from the selection device outlet is finely crushed so as to be recycled as the core material for the vacuum heat insulating body.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption by providing a tank in a refrigerating chamber and an ice making pan in a freezing chamber, supplying water from the tank to the ice making pan through a water supply hose coated with an anti-freeze heater and coating the anti-freeze heater and the water supply hose with a vacuum heat insulating material. SOLUTION: A tank 1 is arranged in a refrigerating chamber 8 while an ice making pan 6 is arranged in a freezing chamber 9 and water is supplied from the tank 1 to the ice making pan 6 through a water supply hose 2. The water supply hose 2 is coated with an anti-freeze heater 4 on the freezing chamber 9 side and both the anti-freeze heater 4 and the water supply hose 2 are coated with a vacuum heat insulating material 10. The vacuum heat insulating material 10 is made by inserting an inner bag material 12 filled with a ventilating core material 11 into an exterior material 14 made of a gas barrier film and then sealing the inside of the exterior material 14 by reducing the pressure. According to the structure, power consumption of the anti-freeze heater 4, and the like, can be reduced.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten a vacuum heat insulating body by depressurizing and sealing the inside of an outer member including a room temperature activation type getter material and the like. SOLUTION: As a room temperature activation type getter material to eliminate at least nitrogen, oxygen, a water content and carbon dioxide, a combo getter including barium-lithium alloy is used for a gas absorbent 6. Powder 4 formed of hard urethane foam powder prepared by being ground and 'a Toku-seal P(R)' 5 equivalent to about 3 wt.% in 2 weight parts of a core 2 are mixed with each other and agitated, and a predetermined amount is filled into an inner bag member 3 having permeability, thereby the core 2 of this vacuum heat insulating body 1 can be prepared. At its time, the 'Toku-seal P(R)' 5 is reacted as a supreplasticizer, therefore the powder 4 formed of the hard urethane foam powder can be formed into the best filling shape. After heat treatment is applied to the core 2 at about 150 deg.C for about 1 hour, the core 2 is inserted together with the gas absorbent 6 in a gas barrier film-made outer member 7. Vacuum exhaustion is performed by a vacuum chamber equipped with a thermal seal device, and the end part of the outer member 7 is sealed by thermal seal.

The resin composition contains a urethane bond, a urea bond, at least one carbonate of an alkaline (earth) carbonate obtained by reacting an alkaline (earth) metal hydroxide with a carbon dioxide and a compound obtained by reacting an epoxy compound with water. A polyol, a foam stabilizer, a catalyst, a reactive blowing agent, a volatile blowing agent and a polyisocyanate are mixed with the alkaline (earth) metal hydroxide and the epoxy compound, expanded and passed through a step, in which the polyurethane resin composition containing a carbon dioxide gas generated by the reaction between the reactive blowing agent and a polyisocyanate and the volatile blowing agent in the closed cells is formed, to give the objective heat insulating material.

In this heat-insulating box body, the inner box 6 is obtained by molding a resin composition having high nitrile content, obtained by mixing (A) a graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing a conjugated diene-based synthetic rubber with 30-50wt.% of vinyl cyanide and 70-50wt.% of an aromatic vinyl with (B) a copolymer of 30-50wt.% of vinyl cyanide and 70-50wt.% of aromatic vinyl and (C) an acrylate rubber having a 2-4C alkyl and coated with the component B.

CONSTITUTION:The title material is prepared by mixing under agitation a polyol component containing at least 5% polyether polyol, obtained by the addition polymerization of ethylenediamine with an alkylene oxide, with an organic polyisocyanate, a foam stabilizer, a catalyst and a blowing agent consisting of at least an aliphatic or cyclic hydrocarbon of a boiling point of 80 deg.C or below, and the title box is made by packing the above material into the space between the inner and outer boxes by in-situ foaming.

CONSTITUTION:A box object consisting of inner and outer boxes 1,2 is arranged in a jig 3 and a hard urethane foam raw material containing cyclopentane as a foaming agent is injected into the box object from an injection port 4 and foamed to fill the box object with a heat insulating material 5. A gas vent part 6 for removing existing air and the foaming agent generated as gas to the outside of the jig 3 is provided to the foaming and filling final part of the outer box 2 and the jig 3. When the hard urethane foam raw material is injected in the gap part between the inner and outer boxes 1,2 from the injection port 4, a part of the air and foaming agent preliminarily present in the gap part is leaked to the outside from the gas vent part 6. At this time, by supplying nitrogen gas from a gas supply port 7, the conc. of cyclopentane can be suppressed to 1.4% or less of a lower explosion limit and the concn. of oxygen in the circumferential atmosphere is lowered.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To keep the heat-insulation performance of a heat-insulation material with time and the quality of product and to contribute to the solution of environmental problem of ozonosphere destruction by using benzyl chloride as a stabilizer for suppressing the generation of decomposition gas from a foaming agent such as HCFC141b of a foamed heat-insulation material and heat-insulation box for refrigerator, freezer, etc. CONSTITUTION:This foamed heat-insulation material is produced by mixing and foaming a polyol component obtained by the addition polymerization of an alkylene oxide to an aromatic diamine, an organic polyisocyanate, a foam stabilizer, an organic amine catalyst, HCFC141b and a stabilizer consisting of benzyl chloride having 0.1-1.5 times equivalent of chlorine group based on at least the amine group of the organic amine catalyst. This heat-insulation box is produced by filling the above foamed heat-insulation material in the space between the inner box and the outer box by in situ foaming operation.
