    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent suction of a liquid refrigerant in a compression element during the starting of a compressor and to prevent wear of a compression element by a method wherein a first suction pipe fixed to a closed casing and a second suction pipe fixed to the compression element are interconnected through a suction spiral pipe. CONSTITUTION:In a closed type compressor wherein a motor-operated compression element 4 is incorporated in a closed casing 1, a first suction pipe 12 fixed to the closed casing 1 and a second suction pipe 13 fixed to the compression element 4 are interconnected through a suction spiral pipe 11a. The periphery of the spiral pipe 11a is surrounded with a closed tank 14 and the interior of the closed tank 14 is communicated with the interior of the pipe 11a through communicating holes 15... formed in the suction spiral pipe 11a. When a liquid refrigerant being too much for vaporization right after the starting of the closed compressor is sucked through a spiral pipe, the liquid refrigerant is brought into a spiral flow. The liquid refrigerant made migrate to the outer peripheral side by a centrifugal force is released in the closed tank 14 through the communication holes 15 and only refrigerant gas sucked in the compression element.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent such reliability reduction that a compressor is stopped by abrasion power of a sliding part biting into the sliding part, in a vibration type compressor used for a refrigerating cycle. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a communicating pipe 14, whose one end is opened to a compression chamber 9, and the other end is opened to the high pressure side of a system, and an opening/closing valve 15 attached to the opening part of the compression chamber 9 side of the communicating pipe 15, refrigerant gas of the high pressure side of the system rapidly and directly flows into the compression chamber 9 when an operation of the compressor is stopped, thereby, even if abrasion powder is produced on the sliding part, the abrasion powder stuck on the sliding part is discharged. Thus the abrasion powder can be prevented from sticking on the sliding part, and reliability reduction which results in the compressor stoppage can be prevented.

The lubrication oil flow of the axial direction of the piston is improved and the lubrication oil can be supplied over the entire slide area and a drop of reliability such as the wear by the oil supply shortage of the slide part can be prevented.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a sliding loss and to enhance operation efficiency by providing a fixed element constituted of a stator of a motor and a cylinder, a moving element constituted of a mover of the motor and a piston and an elastic element whose part is fixed to the moving element and the fixed element and forming a recessed part in a sliding part of the cylinder and the piston. SOLUTION: When a motor 3 is energized, a mover 3b fixed to a piston 14 is sucked in a magnetic pole direction of a stator 3a, continuously, the mover 3b is pushed in an opposite direction with elastic force stored in an elastic element 8 disposed between the mover 3b and a block 6 and the piston 14 is reciprocated in an axial direction by this repetition. As a result, coolant gas is led to a compression chamber 9 within a cylinder 4 via a low pressure chamber 7a, and after coolant gas is compressed, coolant gas is discharged via a high pressure chamber 7b. At this time, sliding loss is reduced by reducing sliding area of the piston 14 and the cylinder 4 and an efficient operation is realized by forming recessed parts 14a of a plurality of lines which are not continuous in an edge peripheral direction and extend in the axial direction on an outer peripheral part of the piston 14.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a piston amplitude center position just after start to an opposite compression chamber side comparing with a stable operation time, prevent a piston from colliding with a cylinder head at the time of start and prevent generation of vibration and noise by moving a movable element to the opposite compression chamber side when a compressor is stopped. SOLUTION: When current carrying to a motor 3 is carried out, a needle element 3b fixed to a movable element 14 is attracted in a magnetic electrode direction of a stator 3a. A capacity in an air spring chamber 16 formed by the movable element 14 and a block 15a is reduced, leakage of air is prevented since a clearance between the movable element 14 and the block 15a is narrow, pressure in the air spring chamber 16 is increased, and a piston 14a is pushed in a reverse direction. The piston 14a is reciprocating moved in an axial direction by repeating this operation. Even if displacement to the opposite compression chamber side of a piston 5 is increased in the case where an outside air temperature is rapidly rises up, high pressure is climbed up, and power supply voltage is increased, reduction of reliability such as fatigue breakdown of an air spring chamber 16 is not generated.

SOLUTION: During the operation of a compressor, the output voltage of a power supply 17 is changed in proportion to the difference between the top dead center position of a piston 5 calculated by a top dead center calculating means 16 based on the piston position signal of a piston position detecting sensor 14 and the top dead center reference value 19 set in advance in an amplitude control means 18 so as to eliminate the difference and invariably keep a top clearance constant. When the outside air temperature is lowered or a thermal load is reduced, a top dead center reference value changing means 23 selects the top dead center reference value corresponding to the required refrigeration capability from multiple top dead center reference values prepared in advance and changes the top dead center reference value 19 to obtain the refrigeration capability corresponding to the external condition changes based on the outside air temperature, system pressure and temperature.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lowering of compressor efficiency and wear of a sliding part by preventing the generation of local sliding and pinching at the sliding part of a piston and a cylinder even in case of the piston and a cylinder being machined and assembled with eccentricity and inclination in an oscillating compressor used for a refrigerating cycle or the like. SOLUTION: An oscillating compressor is composed of a shaft 13 axially connected to a piston 5, and a resonance spring 8 with its inner peripheral part fixed to a movable element 11 and with its outer peripheral part fixed to a fixed element 12. Accordingly, even in case of the piston 5 and a cylinder 4 being machined and assembled with eccentricity and inclination, the generation of local sliding and pinching at the sliding part of the piston 5 and cylinder 4 is prevented so as to prevent lowering of compressor efficiency and wear of the sliding part and to prevent excessive stress of the resonance spring 8, thereby obtaining high reliability.

SOLUTION: An oscillating compressor is provided with a resonance spring 8a with an inner peripheral part 8b fixed to a movable element 5c and with an outer peripheral part 8c fixed to a fixed element 4c, an outer peripheral spacer 8d interposed at the outer peripheral part 8c of the resonance spring 8a, and an inner peripheral spacer 8e thicker in plate thickness than the outer peripheral spacer 8d and interposed at the inner peripheral part 8b of the resonance spring 8a. Accordingly, even in case of operating pressure or the like being changed to increase the stroke quantity of a piston 5, mutual rubbing of the resonance spring 8a is prevented without making the resonance spring 8a large-sized so as to be able to prevent the wear and damage of the resonance spring 8a and the generation of noise.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of fatigue failure and to improve reliability by reducing stress generated near a fixed end of an arm of an elastic body in a vibration type compressor used for a refrigeration cycle, etc. SOLUTION: A part of the elastic body 8 is fixed to a fixed element 12 and a part of the elastic body 8 is fixed to a movable element 9 through fixing member 20a, 20b, 20c and 20d having curved surfaces 21a, 21b, 21c and 21d. The fixed end is deformed along the curved surface of the fixing members at deformation of the arm, and partial stress concentration can be avoided. Thus, the occurrence of the fatigue failure can be prevented and the reliable vibration type compressor can be achieved.
