    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a die blade for punching in which the punching efficiency is improved while the punching accuracy is maintained. SOLUTION: Plural projecting blades 11a-11j are manufactured, and integratedly mounted on a punch plate 13, and then, these projecting blades 11a-11j are inserted in material powders 15 which are raw material of recessed blades, and the press-forming and sintering are achieved in this condition to manufacture recessed blades 12a-12j corresponding to the projecting blades 11a-11j.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a substrate which does not produce fiber burrs, has a good plating property and a light weight, can be manufactured at a low cost, and can be disposed easily as an industrial waste by coating the front and rear surfaces of a thin heat-resistant synthetic resin plate material mixed with a fine nonconductive powder filler with metallic foil. SOLUTION: A substrate 10 is composed of a sheet material 11 and copper foil 12 and 13 and the material 11 is prepared by mixing a filler 15 composed of fine SiO2 power which is one kind of fine nonconductor powder in a polyethylene resin 14 which is one of heat-resistant synthetic resin materials. The filler 15 has an average particle diameter of 0.5-3 μm and the mixing ratio of the filler 15 is adjusted to 10-90 pts.vol. against 100 pts.vol. material 11. Therefore, no fibrous burrs are produced on the substrate 10 and through holes can be formed easily through the substrate 10 by punching, etc. In addition, the substrate 10 has a light weight and can be manufactured at a low cost. Moreover, the substrate 10 can be disposed relatively easily as an industrial waste, since the substrate does not contain any glass cloth.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coiler with which each bar stock is coiled by adding uniform tension without generating the sag of the bar stock. SOLUTION: In a sliiter line in which plural bar stocks after slitting are coiled with a spindle, a magnetic force generating means is provided on the spindle and also a driving device the strength of generated magnetic force of which is adjustable is provided, slip rings 5 for coiling each bar stock after slitting around the spindle 2 are freely rotatably fit outside the spindle 2. The slip rings 5 are composed of the main bodies of non-magnetic body and shoes 6 which are connected with these main bodies, also movable in the radial direction and attracted on the outer peripheral surface of the spridle 2 by the magnetic force. Operations for coiling a bar stock by the integral rotation of the slip ring 5 with the spindle 2 by the friction between the shoes 6 and the spindle 2 in accordance with the strength of the magnetic force and for stopping coiling the bar stock by the slip of the slip rings 5 after exceeding critical torque are enabled.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of sagging between a winder and a slitter by increasing electromagnetic force and frictional force as a winding diameter of a strip material wound round a ring becomes large, and winding the strip material in constant tensile force. SOLUTION: A winding shaft 5 of a winder is rotated so that a winding quantity of the winder becomes slightly larger than a sending quantity of a slitter, and tensile force 9 is applied to a strip material 4 by a difference between the winding quantity and the sending quantity. When winding torque 7 by the tensile force 9 becomes larger than frictional force to magnetically install a ring 6 on the winding shaft 5 by magnetic force 8, the ring 6 idly rotates, and an increase in the tensile force 9 stops by idle rotation, and when the winding torque 7 by the tensile force 9 becomes equal to or smaller than the frictional force, the idle rotation finishes, and the ring 6 is magnetically reinstalled, and performs winding. Here, an electric current flowing to a coil is increased as a winding diameter becomes large, and winding tensile force is increased by increasing the frictional force by the magnetic force 8, and the tensile force 9 applied to the strip material 4 is made equal to each other.

CONSTITUTION:A method for manufacturing a lead frame comprises the steps of slitting a wide coil to a predetermined width, passing the slit thin plate stripe materials 14 through roller levelers 16 in which many rollers are disposed vertically in a zigzag manner to alternately apply small bending stresses to both surfaces of the materials 14 to remove inner residual stress in the materials, then stamping them to manufacture the frame of a predetermined shape.
