Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat part excellent in transparency, water resistance, chemical resistance and abrasion resistance by forming a pattern layer on the reverse, and forming a window part by adhering a surface-delustered insert film on the same plane to a transparent resin. SOLUTION: A fine recess-projection is formed by a sand blast on a surface of a film base material 1 such as a prescribed thickness polyester film and a polycarbonate film having water resistance, chemical resistance and abrasion resistance, and delustering work is performed, and a pattern layer 2 printed by coloring ink by using a polyvinyl resin as a binder, is adhered to the reverse, and an insert film 3 is formed. A transparent part 5 is formed as a window part by punching the insert film 3, and is integrally formed on the same plane in a transparent resin 4, and a switch part 6 is worked/molded in a switch shape. Therefore, there is no need to form a mat ink layer in the film base material 1, and a characteristic of the film base material itself is imparted, and since the insert film is not interposed in the transparent part, transparency can be improved.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a thin film acryl insert molding for simply removing foil flash of the film on a resin molding and to eliminate loss of gloss on a surface of acrylic film. SOLUTION: The insert molding having a multilayer film extended from a resin molding is obtained by laminating a thin film acrylic film 2 having a thickness of 10 to 100 μm separable from a protective film 1 on the film 1, feeding the film 4 laminated at least with a design layer formed by printing thereon between a movable mold 5 and fixed mold 6, closing the molds, injecting molding resin in a cavity, and integrally adhering the resin to the design layer side of the film 4 simultaneously upon molding of the resin molding. And, after the film 1 is released from the extended part of the film 4, the extended part of the film 2 is removed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bond an insert film along the shape of molding resin by using a non-stretched degradable plastic film for a base sheet for an insert film of specified thickness having at least a pattern layer formed on the base sheet. SOLUTION: A pattern layer 3 is formed on a base sheet 2 formed by using a non-stretched film of thickness of 200μm or less composed of biodegradable plastic to be degraded by microbes, or of photodegradeable plastic film to be degraded by the beams such as ultraviolet rays by using a color ink containing polyvinyl resin, polyamide resin, polyester resin or the like as a binder and a pigment or a dye of suitable color as a coloring agent. The film can be bonded on the surface of an insert molded product without being broken and also can be preformed into various shapes by vacuum molding inside or outside a mold by the arrangement.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon cross pattern transfer sheet and manufacture of a carbon cross pattern molding wherein a low costed carbon cross pattern transfer product which is free from gathering of dust on a surface can be obtained with a three dimensional plate and panel. SOLUTION: A carbon cross pattern transfer sheet 6 wherein a peel layer 2, a carbon cross pattern layer 3, a transparent resin layer 4, and a glossy layer 5 are successively provided on a substrate sheet 1, is arranged in an injection molding die so that the substrate sheet 1 comes in contact with a mold face. After closing the mold, molten transparent resin is injected into the mold. A transparent molding is obtained and simultaneously the carbon cross pattern transfer sheet is integrated with a surface of the molding. After releasing the mold, the substrate sheet 1 is peeled off.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet by which an inexpensive molded article having a carbon cloth pattern, on the surface of which dust and dirt, etc., are not accumulated with plates and panels of tertiary curved surface by providing a carbon cloth patter layer on one surface of a transparent base body sheet, and a glossy layer on the other surface. SOLUTION: For this sheet 4 having carbon cloth pattern, on one surface of a transparent base body sheet 1 for which a polypropylene based resin, etc., are used, a carbon cloth pattern layer 2 which is formed by an offset printing method, etc., on a polyvinyl based resin, is provided, and on the other surface of the base body sheet 1, a glossy layer 3 comprising of a metal thin film layer or a glossy pigment layer, is provided. The sheet 4 having carbon cloth pattern is arranged in injection molding dies comprising of a movable die and a fixed die, and after closing the dies, a molten transparent resin is injected in the dies, and as soon as a transparent molded article is obtained, the sheet 4 having carbon cloth pattern is integrated on the surface of the molded article.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reception of adverse effect even if a vinyl chloride product comes into contact with a surface, by forming a pattern layer on the surface on the side of the acrylic film of a substrate sheet wherein a transparent ethylene/vinyl alcohol film and a transparent acrylic film are laminated. SOLUTION: An in-mold insert film 1 is produced by forming a printing layer on the surface on the side of the acrylic film 4 of a substrate sheet 2, wherein a transparent ethylene/vinyl alcohol film 3 and a transparent acrylic film 4 are laminated. The ethylene/vinyl alcohol film has weatherability and is excellent in vinyl chloride plasticizer resistance. The acrylic film 4 is excellent in transparency, strong against heat or light, and reduced in fading or gloss change even if used outdoors. The ethylene/vinyl alcohol film 3 has a thickness of 1μm or more and as thick as 1/15-1/3 of the acrylic film 4.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a metallized film, which can be metallically decorated at low cost, by a method wherein at least a metallized layer and a bonding layer are formed in the order named on one side of a base film, which is selected from the group consisting of an acrylic film, a fluorofilm and their composite film and has the specified thickness and light transmittance. SOLUTION: In a metallized film 7 used for applying metallic luster to an automobile part such as a wheel cap, a center ornament or the like, a metallized layer 2 and a bonding layer 3 are formed in the order named on one side of a base film 1. In addition, when necessary, an anchor layer is formed in order to enhance the adhesion between the respective layers 1 and 2. In this case, as the base film 1, an acrylic film, a fluorofilm or their composite film, all of which has the thickness of 20μm or thicker and the light transmittance of 85% or more. The thickness of the base film 1 is 300μm or less when the acrylic film is employed and 80μm or less when the fluorofilm is employed. As a result, the metallic luster given by the metallized layer 2 is fully exhibited.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To anable employment of a molded resin having various hues by forming at least a printing layer consisting of a grain conduit pattern layer, a substrate layer and a color layer on the signal surface of a transparent acrylic film and setting the colors of the substrate layer and the color layer of the pringing layer to a same system color. SOLUTION: An acrylic insert film 1 is obtained by forming a printing layer consisting of at least a grain conduit pattern layer 3, a substrate layer 4 and a color layer 6 and the colors of the substrate layer 4 and color layer 6 of the printing layer are set to the same system color. That is, since the color layer 6 having the same system color as the substrate layer 4 is provided under the substrate layer 4 of the acrylic insert film 1, even if there is a part extremely stretched by insert molding, a molding resin is not seen through and the design of the pattern molded product is not affected by the color of the molding resin. Therefore, the hue itself of the acrylic insert film 1 becomes that of the grain patterns of the grain pattern molded product.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain a transfer material, which does not cause environmental pollution problems even when a transfer-molded article is scrapped by a method wherein degradable plastics-containing transfer layer is provided on a base sheet. CONSTITUTION: Transfer material 1, which is utilized for decorating cosmetics container, electrical apparatus, living necessaries and the like, is prepared by providing degradable plastics-containing transfer layer 7 on base sheet 2. The transfer layer 7 is the layer, which closely adheres to the surface of a body to be transferred after the transferring of peel ply 4, patterning layer 5, bonding layer 6 and the like. As the degradable plastics, biodegradable plastics, which are degraded by microbe, and photogradable plastics, which are degraded by light such as ultraviolet light or the like, are used. When the transfer layer 7 is made of degradable plastics, the degradable plastics must be turned into the form of ink, which is suitable for the printing method such as offset printing method or the like or for the coating method such as roll coating method or the like. In order to turn into ink, the plastics are finely ground and then dissolved in proper solvent. Further, as the material of the base sheet 2, degradable plastics are also employed.
