    Abstract: A foil-decorating sheet (4) comprised by a laminated film of two or more kinds of films which is to be set in an injection mold (5, 6) for being integrally bonded to a surface of a molding resin (10), wherein after a foil-decorating is made, a bonding surface-side film (3) of the laminated film which is bonded to the molding resin (10) has a peel strength of not less than 1 kgf / inch width at least at an interface between the surface film (3) of the laminated film bonded to the molding resin (10) and the molding resin (10), and wherein at least a transparent acrylic film (1) is laminated on the bonding surface-side film (3) bonded to the molding resin, with a decorative layer (2) formed between the bonding surface-side film (3) bonded to the molding resin and the acrylic film (1).

SOLUTION: A support film 3 good in dimensional stability is laminated to one surface of a transparent moldable film 2 so as to be capable of being peeled entirely and half-cuts or broken line-like perforations 7 are provided in the boundary of the part overlapped with the molding part of the moldable film 2 and the part overlapped with the non-molding part thereof in the support film 3 and a moldable pattern layer 4 is provided in the other surface of the moldable film 2.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon cross pattern transfer sheet and manufacture of a carbon cross pattern molding wherein a low costed carbon cross pattern transfer product which is free from gathering of dust on a surface can be obtained with a three dimensional plate and panel. SOLUTION: A carbon cross pattern transfer sheet 6 wherein a peel layer 2, a carbon cross pattern layer 3, a transparent resin layer 4, and a glossy layer 5 are successively provided on a substrate sheet 1, is arranged in an injection molding die so that the substrate sheet 1 comes in contact with a mold face. After closing the mold, molten transparent resin is injected into the mold. A transparent molding is obtained and simultaneously the carbon cross pattern transfer sheet is integrated with a surface of the molding. After releasing the mold, the substrate sheet 1 is peeled off.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet by which an inexpensive molded article having a carbon cloth pattern, on the surface of which dust and dirt, etc., are not accumulated with plates and panels of tertiary curved surface by providing a carbon cloth patter layer on one surface of a transparent base body sheet, and a glossy layer on the other surface. SOLUTION: For this sheet 4 having carbon cloth pattern, on one surface of a transparent base body sheet 1 for which a polypropylene based resin, etc., are used, a carbon cloth pattern layer 2 which is formed by an offset printing method, etc., on a polyvinyl based resin, is provided, and on the other surface of the base body sheet 1, a glossy layer 3 comprising of a metal thin film layer or a glossy pigment layer, is provided. The sheet 4 having carbon cloth pattern is arranged in injection molding dies comprising of a movable die and a fixed die, and after closing the dies, a molten transparent resin is injected in the dies, and as soon as a transparent molded article is obtained, the sheet 4 having carbon cloth pattern is integrated on the surface of the molded article.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To anable employment of a molded resin having various hues by forming at least a printing layer consisting of a grain conduit pattern layer, a substrate layer and a color layer on the signal surface of a transparent acrylic film and setting the colors of the substrate layer and the color layer of the pringing layer to a same system color. SOLUTION: An acrylic insert film 1 is obtained by forming a printing layer consisting of at least a grain conduit pattern layer 3, a substrate layer 4 and a color layer 6 and the colors of the substrate layer 4 and color layer 6 of the printing layer are set to the same system color. That is, since the color layer 6 having the same system color as the substrate layer 4 is provided under the substrate layer 4 of the acrylic insert film 1, even if there is a part extremely stretched by insert molding, a molding resin is not seen through and the design of the pattern molded product is not affected by the color of the molding resin. Therefore, the hue itself of the acrylic insert film 1 becomes that of the grain patterns of the grain pattern molded product.

Then, the slide core 4 is separated from the cavity mold 2 to form the secondary molding space surrounded by the foil decorating sheet 1, the slide core 4 and the primary molding resin part and the secondary molding resin is injected into the secondary molding space and the foil decorating sheet 1 is sticked on the primary molding resin and the secondary molding resin.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To manufacture a plastics panel for shielding near infrared radiation at low cost by forming an infrared radiation shielding plastic panel between a pattern layer and an adhesive layer of a transfer material having a separation layer, a pattern layer, and an adhesive layer formed in turn thereon. CONSTITUTION: This near infrared radiation shielding transfer material includes a separation layer 2, a pattern layer 3, a near infrared radiation shielding film layer 4, and an adhesive layer 5 formed in order on the base film 1. When transfer is carried out by the use of this transfer material to the matter to be transferred, the near infrared shielding film layer 4 for shielding near infrared radiation permeating through the matter to be transferred and the pattern layer 3 for coloring the entire surface of the matter to be transferred and forming indications on the matter to be transferred are simultaneously formed on the matter to be transferred. Accordingly, since the both of them can be formed in one working process not having the necessity of separating the working process for forming pattern and working process for forming a near infrared radiation shielding layer, man-hours or times required in the preparation or work lessen. Thus, a plastic panel can be obtained at a low manufacturing cost.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To cover a clearance between a first printing layer and a second printing layer by a method wherein one end of the first printing layer is printed by overlapping a part of an adjacent second printing layer, the other end of the first printing layer is printed by conforming almost to a front end or a rear end of the second printing layer adjacent thereto in another direction, and a third printing layer is formed covering their joint part. CONSTITUTION:Second printing layers 2-1, 2-2,... are printed successively at regular intervals so that one end of the printing layer conforms almost to a rear end of a precedent first printing layer 1-1, 1-2,... and the other end thereof overlaps a part of the first printing layer following adjacently to the first printing layer. Further, by using plane screen plates A, B, C having an same or approximate abstract pattern design as the abstract pattern design of the first printing layer 1-1, 1-2,... or the second printing layer 2-1, 2-2,..., third printing layers 3-1, 3-2,... are printed successively at regular intervals on a part wherein the first printing layer 1-1, 1-2,... does not overlap the second printing layer 2-1, 2-2,..., and continuous seamless printing matter of the abstract pattern design is obtained.
