Abstract: L'invention concerne un procédé de teinture des cheveux comportant une étape de protection du cuir chevelu. Le procédé selon l'invention consiste à appliquer dans un premier temps une composition à base d'une substance d'origine végétale ou animale, d'une substance organique synthétique ou d'une substance minérale en suspension ou en solution dans un solvant et ayant une viscosité appropriée pour l'application sur tête ou en poudre et permettant d'éviter ou de limiter substantiellement le passage des colorants, et/ou des précurseurs de colorants jusqu'au cuir chevelu et, dans un second temps, à procéder à la teinture des cheveux en utilisant une ou plusieurs compositions dont l'une au moins contient soit un colorant oxydable, soit un colorant direct, la teinture étant suivie après un temps de pose suffisant pour colorer les cheveux, d'un rinçage et éventuellement d'un shampooing. L invention permet de protéger le cuir chevelu vis-à-vis des composés présents dans les compositions tinctoriales et d'empêcher ainsi de tels composés de pénétrer dans la couche cornée et de diffuser par la suite dans l'organisme.

Abstract: A dispenser having a reciprocating pump to feed a liquid product to a mixing chamber and an air pump with a piston to simultaneously compress and feed compressed air to the mixing chamber. Manual pressure on the air piston is transmitted to the body which moves down to cause the product pump to reciprocate. The air pump includes a valve which opens only after the air pressure exceeds a certain value. The air pressure valve is selected to open at the same time as the pump valve opens so that the product is dispensed as a spray.

Abstract: A container for storing and dispensing a liquid product includes a pump operated by a reciprocable control member and associated with a pneumatic servo system. The actuation is achieved by supply of gas pressure, for example, from a reservoir of gas at a pressure of the order of 5 bars, and this is used to actuate the control member of the pump, for example a stepped piston incorporating a pressure multiplying effect. Much higher operating forces on the reciprocable control member can be achieved with this system than were possible by purely manual operation of the valve control member.
