    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the drawability of a thermoplastic high polymer greatly and increase the fiber strength, by means of a stream uniforming apparatus consisting of a constricted part, a compression part before the part and a diffusion part after the part at a specific cross-sectional area ratio. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic high polymer 12 or 24, e.g. PP or PVA, in the state of a melt or solution is passed from an introductory part 11 before a stream uniforming apparatus 10 or 22 to a compression part 13 or 26 and subjected to molecular orientation. The polymer is then drawn in a constricted parts 14 or 27 into fibers, fed to a diffusion part 15 or 28 and then to the next stream uniforming apparatus 22' of short residence time before the molecular orientation is not relaxed. The fibrous high polymer is further drawn in a mutually entangled state and extruded through a die land part 30 of a spinneret 23. EFFECT:A great degree of freedom in balancing the linear strength with the knot strength and the linear strength with the softness.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve production efficiency by shortening the molding cycle of a disk along with molding of a foamless optical information recording disk, by a method wherein the inside of a cavity of a mold is evacuated, a crosslinking type curing resin composite is cast within the cavity through injection and said resin composite is cured by irradiation with high-energy rays from the outside of the mold through an aperture part. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a cavity 4 is evacuated up to 10 Torr by clamping a mold 1. A predetermined quantity of a resin composite is cast at pressure of 10kg/cm by making use of a metering pump. Ultraviolet rays are directed to the resin composite through an aperture part 5 constituted of quartz plates 5a, 5b of the mold 1. Cooling is performed by passing cooling water kept at 30 deg.C through the mold 1 during irradiation with the ultraviolet rays. A disk is taken out by making use of the mold 1 after that.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate to control the curing reaction of resin and effect resin molding having short molding cycle by a method wherein hardening resin composition is injected into a mold consisting of a material, whose one part permeates high energy rays, and the high energy rays are projected against the resin composition through the mold. CONSTITUTION:The hardening resin, polymerization initiating agent and the like are sent out of material tanks 9A, 9B respectively to introduce them into a mixing and metering unit 10 and mix them uniformly after metering necessary amount in the mixing and metering unit 10, thereafter, they are sent into an injection molding machine 8. The injection molding machine 8 pressurizes the composition and injects them into a cavity through the pouring port of the mold 6. On the other hand, laser beams 2, generated in a laser beam generating unit 1, are expanded so as to be adaptable to the mold 6 by a diaphragm 3 and the group of lenses 4, 5 and are projected against the composition in the cavity through a window 7. After projecting the beams for a predetermined time, the resin, cured in the cavity, is taken out of the cavity.
