The reel drive part regulation plate 87 approaches and is separated from the frame 86 by inserting slide projections 115 and 116 projectingly formed at the side plates 111 and 112 into the slide grooves 114 of the slide plates 88 and sliding the slide plates 88 over a 1st and a 2nd positions.
