PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup apparatus and an optical information recording and/or reproducing apparatus in which dustproof of a laser light source and a photodetector can be performed surely with simple structure without using new parts or by decreasing parts to be used as much as possible. SOLUTION: This apparatus is the optical pickup apparatus in which at least either of a laser light source 25 radiating a light beam so as to face to an information recording plane of an optical disk 50 to record and/or reproduce an information signal and a photodetector 26 receiving a return light beam reflected by the information recording plane is incorporated in an electric circuit part in a state in which it is not covered by a package. The laser light source 25 and the photodetector 26 excluding a part in which the light beam is passed through are surrounded as labyrinth structure 65 by combining at least two members. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity, reduce production cost, and improve reliabil ity of a focusing error signal. SOLUTION: An optical pickup device is provided with a 1st diffraction grating 45 for dividing an output light beam emitted from the light reception/ emission integral type element 31 into a zero order light beam and ± 1st order light beams, a 2nd diffraction grating 46 for diffracting the optical path of a returned light beam from an optical disk 2, and a 3rd diffraction grating 47 for diffracting a + 1st order light beam diffracted by the 2nd diffraction grating 46 by being disposed at the location where the 1st order light beam is entered to correct variations in an optical path, wherein the light reception/ emission integral type element 31 is disposed at the location where the - 1st order light beam diffracted by the 3rd diffraction grating 47 is entered and receives the - 1st order light beam to generate a focusing error signal FE and also receives the returned light beams from the optical disk 2 of ± 1st order light beams divided by the 1st diffraction grating 45 to generate a tracking error signal. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program distribution system and a program distributor that can attach a more proper advertisement (CM) to a program. SOLUTION: A customer accesses a program information server 2 to register customer's attribute information and makes a request of a distribution-desired program on the basis of program menu information. The customer's attribute information is notified to a program distributor 3 in advance or together with request information. The program distributor 3 selects an advertisement on the basis of one of the distribution request information and the customer's attribute information, attaches the selected advertisement to the program and transmits the resulting program to a program viewing device 1 of the customer. The program distributor 3 sequentially creates statistic information as to the information of the program to which the advertisement is attached and the attribute information of the customer to which the advertisement is distributed in the unit of each advertisement, produces a report to the sponsor of advertisement and updates the advertisement attachment condition of each advertisement on the basis of instruction information from the terminal 1 of the sponsor.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defect analyzing method in a semiconductor product manufacturing process in which intrinsic defects are detected on the basis of transfer of defects generated in each process to the following processes, and analysis of yield information corresponding to a process and prediction of yield in the course of a process are enabled. SOLUTION: The intrinsic defects turning to a cause of imperfect operation are detected and counted to plural function blocks formed in plural chips on a wafer. With respect to the counted intrinsic defects, failure judgment is performed to a function element of the function block in such a manner that Block 0 to Block 2 set a count value 1 as failure judgment reference and Block 3 to Block 6 set a count value 10 as failure judgment reference. On the basis of the judged result, the ratio of the number of imperfect chips to the total number of chips of a wafer is calculated as a killer rate. Final prediction of yield on the basis of relationship between yield of a production line and the killer rate, adjustment of the final prediction yield by the control of the killer rate, and improvement of the final prediction yield by level control of the killer rate in the course of a process are enabled.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively cleaning flux remainder produced in the manufacturing process of a semiconductor device and a method for manufacturing the semiconductor device including the cleaning method. SOLUTION: In the cleaning of a solder bump electrode 15 formed by the use of a flux 2 before cleaning the solder bump electrode 15, it is coated with the flux 2 and is heated by a heater 3 for heating a wafer and then the flux 2 is cleaned.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in a state of semiconductor memories being mounted on an electronic equipment, data stored in the semiconductor memories are broken when a battery pack is taken out without any preparative operation. SOLUTION: Because electric power is supplied from a battery pack 2 equipped with a semiconductor memory 3 in this portable telephone unit 1, power is supplied to the semiconductor memory 3 even when the battery pack 2 is disconnected from the telephone unit 1, so that stored data are not destroyed. Also, when semiconductor memory with different shape and standard is used according to user's favor or those are changed by manufacturer's convenience, just replacement of the battery pack with that with desired semiconductor memory mounted can cope with it regardless of the main body of the portable telephone unit 1.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently inform a user of an arrived caller number. SOLUTION: A telephone set is provided with a memory section 18, having an incoming call history buffer 21 and a telephone directory buffer 25, a CPU 11 and a line control section 12. At arrival of an incoming call, a caller number detection function detects caller number data and the incoming call history buffer 12 stored the caller number data. Then data conversion processing is conducted by interlocking the memory section 18 and the CPU 11 with each other, and the line control section 12 generates a transmission signal, on the basis of the obtained data after conversion, and this transmission signal is transmitted to a transfer destination registered in the telephone directory buffer 25.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently execute response with a slave set when an automatic answering telephone function is incorporated in a cordless telephone device by constituting the device to execute response through the use of the responding means of the slave set only when a telephone number stored in the slave set coincides with an incoming call number. SOLUTION: When an automatic answering mode is set in the slave set 20, it is informed that an incoming call is recognized from a signal from a master set 10. It is judged whether the telephone number coincident with the incoming call number exists in telephone directory information which is stored in the memory 26 of the slave set 20 when incoming number information is received by a control part 24 at that time. Unless the telephone number coincident with the incoming number is stored, automatic response is not executed by the slave set 20. In the meantime, when the telephone number coincident with the incoming number is stored, an automatic answering response part 25 responds to a telephone call and executes a processing for issuing a response message. Then a message by an opposite party is recorded by a recording part which is incorporated in the response part 25.
