Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cartridge provided with a recording/reproducing mechanism part that the thinning of a cartridge casing is attained and also the simplification of a tape path mechanism part is made possible, as to the cartridge wherein a rotary head drum and tape reels are integrated. SOLUTION: Relating to the cartridge wherein the recording/reproducing mechanism part consisting of a pair of tape reels 2, 3 and the rotary head drum 7 is integrated in the cartridge casing 1, a pair of tape reels 2, 3 are arranged to have the different reel heights so that the tape height is varied, and the inclination of the rotary head drum 7 is arranged to be almost horizontal. Also, guide rollers 5, 9 are provided with flange parts for controlling the upper/lower sides of the tape, and a tape tension adjusting mechanism 16 having a height adjusting screw 23 is provided on the guide roller 5 at the inlet side of the drum.

PURPOSE:To simplify and ensure the height adjustment of a roller by attaining the rotation of the guide roller while keeping the state such that an engaging part is screwed to a base member and fixed thereto, and adjusting the height of the guide roller in the manner of temporarily disengaging the base member and the engaging part by this rotation. CONSTITUTION:When the height of the guide roller 23a positioned at the tape feeding side is not adequate for instance, the contact position of a magnetic head not shown in the figure, contacting obliquely with the magnetic tape is deviated in the breathwise direction of tape making the accurate recording/reproducing operation impossible, therefore, the adjustment of the height position of the roller 23a is required. So, the height of the roller 23a is adjusted in such a manner that a driver or the like is inserted to a groove provided on the surface of an upper flange 25 and turned with the demand of ascending/descending the main body 28 of roller thereby the main body 28 is moved in the vertical direction in accordance with the thread direction of a thread shaft part 27. Since the moving distance of the shaft part 27 is very short at this stage, the fine adjustment for the height is attained. After that, a pawl piece 30a is always abutted on a knurled part 33, then the generation of vertical movement in the main body is interrupted.

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and also to reduce the weight of the device by constituting the device in such a manner that movable parts for operating in accordance with a mode transition in the device are driven by utilizing the movement of a linear scale chassis for moving a tape cassette. CONSTITUTION:Tape guides 21 and 26 are moved with their respective pins 22 and 27 along cam grooves 23 and 28 of a base chassis 1 by advancing the linear scale chassis 7, and tape guide arms 19 and 24 are turned around centers of shafts 20 and 25, so that the tape guides 21 and 26 are moved forward to the outer side so as to draw a tape 101 in a front surface of the cassette 100. A pinch roller 31 approaches a capstan 6 in turning its arm 29 around a center of a shaft 30 by a pin and a groove 33. A supply side reel base 8 is released from a brake shoe 36 by a brake arm 34 with its pin 37 and a groove 38, and a claw 41 is engaged with a tooth 9a of a take-up side reel base 9 by an arm 39 with its pin 42 and a groove 43 so as to stop the rotation. When the chassis 7 is moved to the frontmost end, a recording/reproducing mode becomes effective, and the tape is taken up in keeping up its appropriate tension.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain thin profile to the entire device by forming a slot to the outer circumference of a supply reel base, winding a strip such as a wire to the slot to change the tape tension of a tape run from the supply reel base to a rotary head drum thereby making the thickness of the supply reel base in the height (vertical) direction. CONSTITUTION:A slot 14 whose cross section is U-shaped is formed into an annular shape to the upper outer circumferential face 3c of a gear 3b of a supply reel base 3, and a very thin wire 15 as a strip is wound onto the slot 14. Both ends 15a, 15b of the wire 15 are caulked in a ring to a fastening plate 16. Since the very thin wire 15 is used in place of a conventional wide band brake, since it is not required to provide a contact face of a band brake having a thick thickness to the upper outer circumferential face 3c of the gear 3b of the supply reel base 3, the thickness H in the direction of height of the supply reel base 3 is made thin. Thus, the thin profile for the entire device is attained.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial flow fan device reducing noise and an electronic apparatus on which the axial flow fan device is mounted. SOLUTION: A plurality of slits 35a making gas flow is provided on a side wall 35 of a housing 3. The plurality of slits 35a are provided respectively to incline to a reverse side of inclination of a blade 7 with respect to an axial direction of rotation of an axial flow impeller 5 (Z direction). Air taken into a housing 3 through the slit 35a straightens swirl C generated at an end part of the blade 7. A position of a lower end part of each slit 35a is nearer to a discharge port 3b than a position of a lower end part of the blade 7 in an axial direction. Since generation of vortexes is inhibited, therefore, noise is reduced and air capacity is increased. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial flow fan device and an axial flow impeller which surely reduces noise, and also to provide an electronic device equipped with the axial flow fan device. SOLUTION: Each end part 7c of an axial flow blade 7 of the axial flow impeller 5 is provided with an auxiliary blade 8. The auxiliary blade 8 is vertically disposed to a negative pressure generating surface 7a side of the axial flow blade 7 for generating negative pressure. When the axial flow impeller 5 is rotated, an air flow is susceptible to flowing around the negative pressure generating surface 7a through the end part 7c of an outer peripheral side of the axial flow blade 7 from a surface 7b side opposite to the negative pressure generating surface 7a of the axial flow blade 7. SOLUTION: An image pickup device 1 comprises, in a main body 2, a recording and reproducing means 41 for a high-speed large capacity recording medium HD with high random accessibility, a plurality of imaging units 3, 100, ..., each combining the solid-state imaging device and the lens are mounted in the main body 2 and in the plurality of imaging units 2, 100, ..., at least one or more imaging units 100 are mounted removably from the main body 2. In such an image pickup device, different image pickup functions are presented before and after mounting the removable imaging unit 100. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the shape of a position regulating ramp which guides the read-write head in a hard disk drive of a dynamic loading/unloading system. SOLUTION: The head actuator 6 is formed in a shape that its suspension 4 is articulated with the arm body 5 in the direction approaching the disk 2. The suspension 4 has a read-write head 3 at its end and a lift tab 12 disposed closer to its root than the the head 3. The position regulating ramp 7 has a slope 7a extending along the trajectory of the lift tab 12 which moves as the head actuator 6 turns. By inflecting the head actuators 6, the slope 7a for a surface of the disk 2 and the slope 7a for the other surface of the disk 2 can be formed in one body and disposed outside the disk 2. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a shutter member to be easily and surely attached to a cartridge main body and to make the cartridge main body smaller and thinner. SOLUTION: The disk cartridge is provided with a flexible magnetic disk 5, the cartridge main body 6 which has a pair of an upper plate 21 and a lower plate 22 formed of a metallic material and an intermediate frame 23 provided by being held between the upper plate 21 and the lower plate 22 and accommodates the flexible magnetic disk 5 inside, openings 24, 25 for recording and reproducing which are provided in the cartridge main body 6 so that a part of recording regions of the flexible magnetic disk 5 is faced to outside extending from an inner periphery to an outer periphery and the shutter member 61 which is provided inside the cartridge main body 6 so as to be linearly mobile and can open/close the openings 24, 25 for recording and reproducing. Further the shutter member 61 is constituted by joining an upper shutter piece 63 and a lower shutter piece 64 which are divided to each other.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the cartridge having the recording and reproducing mechanism section in which the braking and the reel floatation stopping functions of a tape reel are combined into one member, the number of parts is greatly reduced and the size is also reduced. SOLUTION: The cartridge has a recording and reproducing mechanism section in which the magnetic tape taken out from a pair of tape reels 2 and 3 is wound on a rotary head drum 7 and incorporated and integrated into a cartridge casing 1. Reel pressing leaf springs 52 and 53, which are calked and fixed to the casing 1, press reel protrusions 55 and 56 of the center section top section of the reels 2 and 3 and the reels 2 and 3 are friction contacted to reel supporting shafts 14 and 15 so as to generate a light braking force.
