When the second housing is located at the retracted position or the extended position, the conductive contact portion may be configured to be electrically connected to the inclined area. According to various embodiments described herein, the shapes of duct lines for acoustic emission from an audio module such as the speaker are changed in response to changes in the shape of the electronic device, and thus an optimal acoustic service can be provided to a user through a structure that is adaptive to the changes in shape.
