    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prepare a film which is excellent esp. in adhesion to a photosensitive diazo coating composition, scratch resistance, etc., maintains the initial adhesive properties even at a high temp. and humidity, and is also excellent in antiblocking properties. CONSTITUTION:This film is prepd. by forming an easily bondable layer on at least one side of a polyester film. The layer mainly comprises an aminosilane and at least two acrylic resins each having at least one cross-linking group and a glass transition point different from that of the other resin. At least one of those resins has a glass transition point of 50 deg.C or higher, and the difference in glass transition point between the resins having different glass transition points (DELTATg) and the wt. ratio of the resin with the higher Tg (A) to the resin with the lower Tg (B) satisfy the relations: 30

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an easy adhesive polyester film excellent in antistatic properties and blocking resistance by forming a film of a mixture based on water-soluble copolyester containing specific wt.% of a polyoxyalkylene glycol component and acrylic wax on at least the single surface of a polyester base film. CONSTITUTION:An easy adhesive polyester film is obtained by forming a film of a mixture based on water-soluble copolyester containing a polyoxyalkylene glycol in an amt. of 1-below 30wt.% and acrylic wax on at least the single surface of a polyester film. The content of aromatic dicarboxylic acid as an acid component of water-soluble copolyester is set to 60mol% or more, pref., 70mol% or more, more pref., 80mol% or more from an aspect imparting excellent antistatic properties, blocking resistance and solvent resistance. When aromatic dicarboxylic acid is below 60mol%, antistatic properties, blocking resistance and solvent resistance are easy to deteriorate.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the subject product excellent in slippery property, water soluble property, blocking resistance, etc., and useful as a substrate film for magnetic recording materials, etc., by forming a coating film of a mixture of a water-soluble copolymer polyester and wax oxide on a polyester film. CONSTITUTION:This polyester film is obtained by forming a coating film consisting of a mixture of (A) a water soluble copolymer polyester and (B) wax oxide or wax oxide and rosin-modified wax, preferably in ratios of 85-99wt.% component A and 15-1wt.% component B on at least one side of a polyester film. Furthermore, preferably, the component A has the following constitutions: >=60% of a whole dicarboxylic acid component is an aromatic dicarboxylic acid such as terephthalic acid and 10-20mo1% thereof is an ester- forming sulfonic acid alkali metal salt compound such as 5-sulfoisophthalic acid sodium salt and >=60mol% of whole glycol component is aliphatic or alicyclic glycol such as ethylene glycol and 0-40mol% thereof is diethylene glycol.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated polyester film excellent in transparency, easy bondability and easy slidability by laminating a coating film comprising an emulsion of a phosphated polymer on a polyester film. CONSTITUTION:This laminated polyester film is prepared by laminating a coating agent comprising a phosphated polymer on at least one surface of a polyester film in a coating weight of 0.01g/cm or above. In collective consideration of quality, economic profitability, etc., polyethylene terephthalate is desirable as the polyester. The phosphated polymer refers to polymer containing a phosphate group in the molecule, and a copolymer obtained by polymerizing a phosphate monomer with an acrylic monomer is desirable as the polymer in respect of applicability, adhesion and the prevention of deposition of oligomers.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To manufacture a laminated film with a film polyester layer with very little pinholes and superior as a capacitor film by specifying proper viscosity and friction coefficient of a polyester film and a laminated film formed with composite polyester films at least on one surface of a polyolefin film. CONSTITUTION:A laminated film formed with composite polyester films at least on one surface of a polyolefin film is provided with proper viscosity of 0.58 or more to 1.5 or less and friction coefficient of 0.7 or more to 1.5 or less. The thickness of the polyester film is 0.3-1.5mum and the average value of peeling force of the polyolefin film and polyester film is 2-0.7g/cm, while the average diameter of recesses formed by the projections on the surface of polyester film on a peeled surface after peeling intrusion into the surface of polyolefin film is 0.2-5mum and its distributed density is 500-5000pcs./0.1mm .

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attempt improvement of adhesion property, scratch resistance, and a moisture resistant adhesive property to a diazo sensitive material layer by a method wherein a surface of a laminated film on one side of a polyester film has an acrylic resin as a main ingredient, and an intermediate layer having a polyester resin as a main constituent is provided between the film and the laminated film. SOLUTION: A surface of a laminated film arranged on at least one side of a polyester film is composed of an acrylic resin as a main constituent, and an intermediate layer having a polyester resin as a main constituent is arranged between the surface of the laminated film and the polyester film. Therefore, the polyester film is excellent in an adhesion property, scratch resistance, and a moisture resistant adhesive property under a high temperature and high humidity environment to a diazo sensitive material, and can be used as a base material film used for the diazo sensitive film.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To enhance antistatic properties and adhesiveness to a large extent by laminating a film with specific thickness based on a thermoplastic resin A and specific particles to the single surface of a film B based on a thermoplastic resin B and forming a C-layer composed of specific copolyester on the single surface of the laminated film. CONSTITUTION: A film A based on a thermoplastic resin A and particles is laminated to at least the single surface of a film B based on a thermoplastic resin B and the laminated film is processed into a biaxially oriented thermoplastic resin film. The thickness of the film A is set to 0.005-5μm and the average particle size of the particles contained in the film A is set to 0.1-10 times the thickness of the film A and the content of the particles in the film A is set to 0.1-50wt.%. A C-layer composed of copolyester containing 1-40wt.% of a polyoxyalkylene glycol component is lamainated to at least the single surface of the laminated constitution of the films A, B before or after the lateral stretching of sequential stretching or before simultaneous biaxial stretching.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain excellent easy slippability smoothness and easy adhesiveness by forming a specific number or more of projections composed of particles having a shell core structure wherein the outside is softer than the inside on at least the single surface of a polyester film. CONSTITUTION:1X10 /mm or more projections composed of a shell-core structure wherein the outside is softer than the inside are provided on at least the single surface of a polyester film. The core parts of the particles having the shell-core structure are composed of a highly crosslinked and/or crosslinkable polymer and the shell parts thereof are composed of a thermoplastic polymer. The particles having the shell-core structure are obtained, for example, by performing first stage emulsion polymerization in a system of a monomer forming the core parts, an emulsifier, a polymerization initiator and water and adding a monomer forming the shell parts and a polymerization initiator to the system after polymerization is substantially completed to perform second stage emulsion polymerization. The projections of the particles having the shell- core structure are obtained by applying a coating agent containing the particles having the shell-core structure to a polyester film and drying the coated film before laterally stretching the same.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a polyester film, excellent in antistatic properties, easy slipperiness, etc., and useful as a magnetic recording material, etc., by forming a film of a mixture of a specific water-soluble copolyester with an oxidized wax on one surface of a substrate.
