Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesiveness to various inks by providing a laminated film wherein a polyester resin with a carboxylic acid and/or its salt on its side chain and a melamine crosslinking agent are main ingredients on at least one face of a polyester film. SOLUTION: A laminated film wherein a polyester resin and a crosslinking agent are main constitutional ingredients is provided on at least one face of a polyester film. The polyester resin being a constitutional ingredient of the laminated film has an ester bonding in a main chain or a side chain and a carboxylic acid and/or its salt in the side chain. The polyester resin like this is obtd. by copolymerizing a polyester resin obtd. by polycondensation of well known dicarboxylic acid and diol with a polycarboxylic acid. In addition, as the melamine crosslinking agent, 0.5-40 pts.wt., furthermore pref 2-20 pts.wt. melamine crosslinking agent is mixed to 100 pts.wt. polyester resin.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent scratch resistance and excellent adhesive properties and to reduce the decrease in the adhesive properties even under high temperature and high humidity environment by providing a laminated layer film on one side surface of a polyester film, phase separating the laminated film in the thickness direction, and making the mixed phase of respective phases exist in a separate boundary. SOLUTION: A laminated film has a laminated membrane made of substantially one layer on at least one side surface of a polyester film. The laminated film is phase separated in the thickness direction, and the phase separate boundary is a polyester film for diazo second copy of original existing the mixed phase of the respective phases. The diazo film for the second copy of original has a diazo sensitive material layer laminated at the easy adhesive layer side of the easy adhesive film, and a normal blue or white colored mat layer laminated at the opposite side as a four-layer structure. The way of using includes the steps of superposing an original at the sensitive material layer side of the diazo film, inserting it into a dry diazo copier to be exposed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent adhesive properties with magnetic paint, easy slipperiness and antistatic properties by phase separating a laminated membrane in the thickness direction, and existing mixed phases of the phases in the phase separation interface in a laminated film in which the laminated membrane made of substantially one layer is provided on the one side surface of a polyester film. SOLUTION: In a laminated film, a laminated membrane made of substantially one layer is provided at least on one side surface of a polyester film. The membrane is a coating membrane having a main consisting component of acrylic resin on the surface and a main constituting component of polyester resin at the part near a polyester film base and mixed phases exist at the interfaces between the acrylic resin and the polyester resin. To obtain a phase separation structure, crosslinker is mixed with coating agent obtained by mixing the acrylic resin of water soluble or water dispersible resin with the polyester resin, it is coated with the mixture, quickly dried at the stage before orienting after coating, and then oriented.

CONSTITUTION: In producing a laminated film by forming a coating layer (e.g. a photosensitive diazo layer) on at least one side of a substrate film (e.g. a polyethylene terephthalate film) with a water-base resin layer intervening between the coating layer and the substrate, the intervening layer is formed from a water-base resin which has a rating of resistance of 2-7 to a solvent used in forming the coating layer (e.g. ethylene glycol monomethyl ether). An example of the resin is one obtd. by cross-linking a methyl methacrylate/butyl methacrylate/acrylic acid/acrylonitrile copolymer with hexamethylolmelamine.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain excellent blocking resistance and solvent resistance by laminating coating agent made of at least two types or more of aromatic, aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, ester formable metal salt sulfonate compound as acid ingredients, and aliphatic glycol or alicyclic glycol, diethylene glycol as glycol ingredient. CONSTITUTION:Aqueous soluble copolymer polyester to be laminated at least on one side surface of a polyester film contains two or more types of 70mol% or more of aromatic dicarboxylic acid, 0.01-8mol% of aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and 8-25mol% of ester formable alkali metal salt sulfonate compound as acid ingredients. It contains 80-99mol% of 2-8C aliphatic glycol or 6-16C alicyclic glycol, and 1-20mol% of diethylene glycol as glycol ingredients. Melted and extruded polyester film is longitudinally oriented, a coated surface is corona discharge treated, coated with aqueous solution of aqueous soluble copolymer polyester, dried, laterally oriented, crystalline-oriented, and an easily adhesive layer is laminated.
