Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the subject fabric, capable of recording an identification mark on a high-density dense woven or knit fabric, etc., using ultrafine fiber as constituent fiber and clearly reading the mark with an optical reader and rich in durability. CONSTITUTION:A fabric for optically reading and recording a mark, obtained by hot-pressing a heat bonding film on a fabric using ultrafine fiber consisting essentially of ultrafine fiber of 1-0.0001d, e.g. a high-density dense woven or knit fabric (or nonwoven fabric), laminating and integrating both, then printing the integrated laminate with an identification mark symbolized in bar codes and subsequently peeling the aforementioned film, capable of optical reading and excellent in identification durability. A woven or knit fabric having >=1000 yarns/cm warp and weft density product and >=5000000 yarns/cm product of constituent fiber number is preferred as the aforementioned woven or knit fabric.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the subject novel and highly fashionable web simultaneously having high air permeability and functions such as light-shielding property and water-proof property by arranging many narrow sheets in a superimposed structure by a specific method and subsequently linking the adjacent superimposed narrow sheets to each other. CONSTITUTION:Continuous narrow sheet and/or many cut narrow sheets S1-S7 coated with a false-fixing agent (generally a water-soluble sizing agent such as PVA) are first superimposed in a mutually slided position to form a superimposed structure comprising the narrow sheets S1-S7 on a support and simultaneosuly false-fix the narrow sheets S1-S7 to each other with the false- fixing agent. The false-fixed narrow sheets having the superimposed structure is peeled from the support. The adjacent narrow sheets are linked to each other generally by sewing the sheets with a linking yarn with a sawing machine while maintaining the superimposed structure state, and the false-fixing agent is finally removed to obtain the objective web.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the subject new structure, excellent in wiping off properties of dust or foulings, detergency, durability, water holding properties, dehydration drying properties after use, handleability, etc., by specifying a structure of a fabric made of ultrafine fiber constructing the surface part. CONSTITUTION:The objective structure 5 in which at least part of a fabric composed of ultrafine fiber constructing the surface part of a wiping structure has a superposed structural part formed from many narrow sheets (S1) to (S7). Furthermore, a highly water absorbing or water holding object composed of a porous structure, such as sponge, or a fiber massive material, is used as an object 1 constructing the interior of the aforementioned structure 5. The fabric of the superposed structure is formed by, e.g. successively superposing the narrow sheets (S1) to (S7) while shifting positions thereof and then mutually sawing the adjacent narrow sheets (S1) to (S7) in this state at a regular interval in the width direction of the sheets with a sewing machine.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To remove dust off a liquid surface efficiently by catching dust with a cloth having thick fiber pile on one side surface at least. CONSTITUTION:A cleaner cloth has a simple quadrilateral shape, or a mitten, or a glove-shaped structures, and for the base structure, any one of the fabric, knit, or non-woven fabric would be available. Pile fiber used on one side at least of the cleaner cloth is an extra fine fiber of 1d or less, for example, and 0.4d or less would be preferable. For fiber which makes pile cloth, a general synthetic fiber or regenerated fiber can be used. How to catch dust is by bringing the surface having pile fiber into contact with the liquid surface. For instance, when a rear intends to remove dust of a bath surface, he floats the pile cloth on it, and takes off the cloth to remove dust when he takes a bath.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide possibility of easy cleaning of not only a wide floor but also corners, shelves, sashes, grooves therein, etc., without puffing dust, in which no replacement of suction tool should be required, by making a suction tool in the form of a broom, constructing its tip in the form of a number of independent elastic hollow pipes, and coupling their roots fast to the body of the suction tool. CONSTITUTION:Elastic hollow pipes 2 are free from fear of adhesion with each other at least at their tips and are capable of being bent by external force individually. These hollow pipes are coupled with the body 1 of this suction tool concerned at their roots, and the body is coupled with an extension pipe 4 through a connection pipe 3 so that the suction force from a cleaner body effects up to the tips of the hollow pipes. These soft pipes enable cleaning without causing damage, and without requiring replacement of suction tool, of those furniture or the like which must be handled with utmost care so as not to give damages, or those parts which have not admitted access of vacuum tip such as window sash and frame, corners and recessed parts of and around chair and table legs and other furniture, etc.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a support having superior bending restorability, tearing strength and shelf stability and also having printability comparable to that of a support whose base part is made of the conventional paper or film by using dense smooth cloth composed of specified superfine fibers for the base part of a support. CONSTITUTION:A sheetlike body composed essentially of a base part, a resin covering layer and a photographic emulsion layer is formed as a support for a photograhic print and the base part is made of cloth composed of superfine fibers of 1-0.00001 denier. This cloth is preferably a woven or knitted product composed of hyperfine fibers of 0.2-0.00001 denier, the product of the number of warp forming fibers and that of woof forming fibers is 5,000,000 per 1cm and the weight is 40-300g/m . The resulting support has satisfactory printability, smoothness, water assistant resistance and suitability to covering with resin and coating comparable to those of a support whose base part is made of the conventional film or paper and also has superior durability, bending restorability, tearing strength and shelf stability.
