El componente (B) es uno o más compuestos seleccionados del grupo que consiste en un compuesto de amina terciaria, una sal de amina terciaria, una sal de amonio cuaternario, una sal de fosfonio cuaternario y un compuesto de fosfina. El componente (B) está contenido en una cantidad de 0.1 a 25 partes en masa con relación a 100 partes en masa del componente (A).
