    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a water-free lithographic plate with a high image accuracy and print resistance by transferring and fixing highly accurate toner image on a lithographic plate member made up of a substrate and a composition of three components after formed on a photoconductive photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:A highly accurate toner image is formed on a photoconductive photosensitive body having an anisotropic monocrystalline layer fine as well as uniform with a thickness of less than 1mu. Then, the toner image is transferred and fixed on a lithorgaphic material comprising a toner adhesive and ink repelling surface layer made up of a substrate, an organic polysiloxane, an alkoxy silane as gien by the formulaI (where, R represents C1-18 unsaturated hydrocarbon radical, an aromatic hydrocarbon radical or a polar radical failing to react OR'' at a normal temperature; R' represents C1-18 alkyl and an alicyclic radical; RO'' C1-8 alkoxy; a 0 or 1; b 2 or 3 and a+b 1-3) and a Ti or Zr compound as given by the formula II (where, R -R represent a C1-18 organic radical, a C1-18 hydrocarbon radical containing a polar radical or a radical of the formula III, IV or V, provided that at least one thereof is a radical other than the hydrocarbon radical; and M Ti or Zr). Thus, a water-free lithographic plate is obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve developability and the cut of patterns, to widen the latitude of development and to improve a yield by selectively exposing colored paste after prebaking, then developing this colored paste by an aq. soln. contg. an alkaline and further, developing the paste by an aq. soln. contg. an org. solvent without contg. an amino group. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive or nonphotosensitive colored paste for the colored filter contg. a polymer having a carboxyl group is applied on the transparent substrate and is selectively exposed after prebaking. The colored paste is then developed after exposing to remove the exposed parts or unexposed part of the colored paste. The colored paste is developed by the aq. soln. contg. the alkaline (first developer) and is further developed by the aq. soln. contg. the org. solvent without contg. the amino group (second developer) at this time.
