Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyamide multilayer injection molding usable for an automobile exterior component having an excellent balance of rigidity, impact resistance, surface impact resistance, heat resistance, surface appearance and dimensional accuracy. SOLUTION: The multilayer injection molding comprises a structure of a skin layer (A) and a core layer (B). The skin layer is made of a composition obtained by blending a polyamide (Al) of 99 to 50 wt.% with an olefin elastomer (A2) of 1 to 50 wt.%. The core layer is made of a composition obtained by blending a polyamide (B1) of 99 to 40 wt.% with a reinforcing filler (B2) of 1 to 60 wt.%.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester type multilayered injection-mold product capable of being used for a car exterior part excellent in rigidity, impact resistance, surface impact resistance, heat resistance and surface appearance and especially excellent in dimensional accuracy and water absorbing dimensional accuracy. SOLUTION: The polyester type multilayered injection-mold product has a structure consisting a skin layer (A) and a core layer (B). The skin layer comprises a composition prepared by compounding 99-50 wt.% of polyester (A) and 1-50 wt.% of an olefinic elastomer (A2) and the core layer comprising a composition prepared by compounding 99-40 wt.% of polyester (B1) and 1-60 wt.% of a reinforcing filler (B2).

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a polyester having a concentration of carboxy terminal groups lower than that by a conventional method, excellent in hydrolysis resistance, and also excellent in toughness of the resin. SOLUTION: This method for producing the polyester comprising carrying out an esterification reaction or an ester-interchange reaction of a dicarboxylic acid or an ester-forming derivative thereof, with a diol component consisting essentially of 1,4-butanediol in the presence of a catalyst, and subjecting the product to a polycondensation reaction is characterized in that an alkali metal or an alkaline earth metal phosphate is added to the reaction mixture at an arbitrary step before finishing the polycondensation reaction.
