    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a color filter without any protrusion or breaking of ITO wire outside the frame light shielding part. CONSTITUTION:This color filter is provided with at least a transparent substrate, a colored pattern part furnished with a picture element of plural colors formed at the specified position at the center on the substrate and a light shielding part formed between the picture elements, a frame light shielding part formed adjacent to the periphery of the colored pattern part and an outer frame formed adjacent to the periphery of the frame light shielding part. The outer frame is furnished adjacent to the outside of the frame light shielding part before the light shielding part is formed to produce the filter.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device which hardly gives rise to display unevenness and residual images and color filters used for the same. SOLUTION: (A) The electric resistance of the black matrices of the color filters which are provided with the black matrices on a transparent substrate and arrayed with a plurality of coloring layers consisting of three primary colors is >=109 Ω/cm and (B) the spacers are fixed onto the black matrices or non-display parts of the substrate formed with the color filters. The resin of the black matrices is a black coating compsn. contg. any among at least a polyimide resin, epoxy resin, acrylic resin and polyester resin. The light shielding agent of the black matrices is titanium black.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyimide precursor imparted low-temperature curability and high adhesivity to substrate by a easy method by making the precursor include an aliphatic or alicyclic ether linkage in at least a part of the main chain. SOLUTION: This precursor is obtained by including an aliphatic or alicyclic ether linkage in at least a part of the main chain. This precursor pref. includes a polyamic acid structural unit of the formula (R1 is a polycarboxylic acid residue; R2 is a polyvalent amine residue having aliphatic or alicyclic ether linkages; (n) is 0-4), being pref. a polyamic acid which is prepared by reaction between (A) tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride(s) with pref. at least part thereof being 4,4'-oxy-diphthalic acid dianhydride or the like and (B) a diamine component with at least part thereof being an ether linkage-contg. aliphatic or alicyclic diamine in (C) a polar solvent (e.g. N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone).

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate the die release of a FRM and yet to prevent the flaw on the surface of the FRM by interposing the metal foil having higher m.p. than that of the metal becoming the matrix of a fiber reinforced metal composite material (FRM) between an aggregate and die prior to pouring of a molten metal into the die. CONSTITUTION:The metal foil 8 of higher m.p. than that of the metal attaining to a matrix is inputted into the cavity 4 of an inner die 5 after multiple-winding it on a fiber reinforced aggregate 7. The molten metal 9 of the metal becoming a matrix is pouring into the cavity 4 in this state and impregnated to the aggregate by pressing it by a plunger 10. After the molten metal being solidified the inner die 5 is taken out of an external die 3 by pushing the inner die 5 up by a knockout pin 6 and split by lightly striking it by a hammer, etc., to take off the FRM together with the foil 8. With the metal foil 8 of this case no seizure is caused on the molten metal and die, the die release of the obtd. FRM is facilitated and the separation of the metal foil and FRM is easy, so the surface of FRM is not damaged.
