PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT device having a variable dome diameter.SOLUTION: The X-ray CT device includes: a front dome cover and rear dome cover that include a fixed cover and a plurality of segmented movable covers; a slide mechanism that enables the movable covers to slide relative to the fixed cover; and a dome-diameter driving unit that controls the slide mechanism to change the dome diameter of a gantry dome.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce a rail cover to protect a rail on which gantry-movable type X-ray CT equipment runs. SOLUTION: An X-ray CT equipment body 2 houses an X-ray tube, an X-ray detector and a rotating mechanism for rotating these, etc., and is secured on a gantry moving part 3. The gantry moving part 3 can move the X-ray CT equipment body 2 in the direction indicated in the black arrow in the figure as a driving wheel is rotated by the rotation of a driving motor. The rail cover 4 covers a dug area on the floor on which the rail is disposed. A rail cover reinforcing plate 5 is disposed near the location where assisting devices such as a large microscope and an easy movable type X-ray CT fluoroscopic apparatus pass over the rail cover 4, and prevents deformation of the rail cover 4 by the weight of the assisting devices. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector, a radiation detecting system and an X-ray CT system in which the number of arrays can be increased. SOLUTION: The radiation detector has a scintillator 9 for converting incident X-rays from the surface side into light, a photodiode chip 2 having a photodiode 3 for converting the light thus converted into an electrical signal, a switching chip 4 having a transistor 5 for reading out a signal from the photodiode 3, and a data collecting chip 8 for amplifying and digitizing a signal thus read out, and the photodiode chip 2, the switching chip 4 and the data collecting chip 8 are mounted commonly on a rigid multilayer wiring board 30.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary position detection having a small size and high maintainability at a low cost in an X-ray computed tomograph system. SOLUTION: In the X-ray computed tomograph comprising an X-ray tube 13 mounted in a substantially circular rotary frame 10 rotatably supported to a fixed frame 11 and an X-ray detector 14 for detecting an X-ray generated from the tube 13 and transmitted through a subject in such a manner that a tomographic image data of the subject is reconstituted based on an output of the detector 14 and the rotary position of the tube 13, the rotary position of the tube 13 is detected by a magnetic reluctance type sensor 22.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate processing device which is capable of keeping a substrate uniform in temperature. SOLUTION: A substrate processing device processes a substrate S through such a manner that the substrate S is placed on a substrate holder 20 supported by a shaft 22 arranged inside a processing chamber 1, and gas is introduced into the processing chamber 1 to process the substrate S as the substrate S is kept at a prescribed temperature by a heating means, wherein the heating means is composed of a first heater 29a which heats the substrate S through the intermediary of the substrate holder 20 and a second heater 29b which heats the shaft 22 so as to keep the substrate S uniform in temperature from its center to periphery.

PURPOSE: To perform communication mutually between a normal telephone line and a computer network by performing constitution by a first terminal, a second terminal capable of transmitting and receiving signals through the computer network and a communication base station. CONSTITUTION: In the case of the communication from a terminal A which is a telephone set to the terminal B which is a personal computer, the signals from the terminal A are transmitted through the normal telephone line 1 to the communication base station 2 first. In the communication base station 2, after recording the signals from the terminal A, voice signals are converted to character/picture signals, the computer network 3 is accessed and the signals are transmitted to the terminal B. Also, inversely, when the communication from the terminal B to the terminal A is considered, the signals from the terminal B are transmitted through the computer network 3 to the communication base station 2, converted from the character/picture signals to the voice signals and then, transmitted through the telephone line 1 to the terminal A.

CONSTITUTION: In an ink jet head using a sonic mode wherein a plurality of sound generating elements 9 arranged in array, a sonic interference layer 8 which makes sonic beams generated by the sound generating elements interfere with each other to be converted to centripetally converged sonic beams, and an ink liquid-flying slit 13 which receives a pressure of the converged sonic beams to fly granulated ink liquid from an ink liquid surface are provided, a sound-permeable porous material 15 is respectively arranged on the ink liquid surface part in contact with the granulated ink liquid-flying slit.

CONSTITUTION:A display 35 is provided on one surface 33 of two opposing surfaces 33 and 34 of a flat equipment frame 32 and an input pad 36 is provided on the other surface 34. By pressing the part corresponding to a character to be inputted of the input pad 36 while looking at a pseudo keyboard 44 displayed on the display 35, the corresponding character part of the pseudo keyboard 44 is mark displayed M and the character is inputted. Thus, at the time of performing input, a user can hold the appliance frame 32 with both hands and also perform the input by the input pad 36 based on contents displayed on the display 35 by using the fingers of both hands and the operation is easily and efficiently performed.

The filler particles 12 dispersed in the matrix are made of metallic or organic material having a higher melting point than the metal mesh 15.
