Abstract:
Abstract:
Abstract:
A bicycle trailer or child cart wheel spring suspension comprising - a base bracket (1 ) for mounting on the main frame (0) of said bicycle trailer or child cart, said base bracket (1 ) comprising: - a mainly horizontal pivot arm (2) on a generally horizontal athwart bracket axle (4) in said pivot arm's first end (21), and with - one or more resilient rods (5) mounted in a spring bracket (6) on said pivot arm (2) and which extend generally in a radial direction out from said bracket axle (4), - an athwart contact bolt (7) in said base bracket (1 ) for the one or more resilient rods (5) arranged for letting them bend against when said pivot arm's (2) axle bracket 3) is loaded by a vertical force, - wherein said athwart contact bolt (7) is arranged for being placed in a desired radial distance from said athwart bracket axle (4).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a front end (1) of a pedal cycle comprising two tiltable front wheels (2, 3) associated with a deformable parallelogram mechanism, including at least two substantially horizontal rigid bodies (4, 5) rotatably linked with a substantially vertical central rigid body (6) and with two side rigid bodies (7, 8), which are substantially vertical and respectively linked with the wheels (2, 3). The front end (1) is characterised in that at least one of the substantially horizontal rigid bodies (4, 5) includes attachment means (9) intended for securing a module for transporting a load.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a vehicle wheel suspension system including two relatively movable portions, such as two segments of a deformable quadrilateral of a cycle suspension, and a resilient blade that includes two means for mechanical connection to both relatively movable portions, respectively, has a flexural resilience at least 100 times greater than the tensile resilience, and is resiliently deformable between: a rest state in which the blade has an inwardly curved profile, and a maximally extended state in which the blade has an elongate profile, the length of which corresponds to that of the neutral fiber of said blade, while passing through intermediate extension states in which the blade has profiles that are less and less inwardly curved. The suspension system is deformable between: an initial state in which the relatively movable portions are in a close configuration and the blade (2) is in the inwardly curved rest state, and a compressed state in which the relatively movable portions are in a separated configuration and bias the blade (2), via the connection means thereof, into an extended state.
Abstract:
This invention relates to a vehicle suspension system where two or more flexible members (3401a, 3402a) are arranged in a non- planar way with a distance there between. These flexible members (3401a, 3402a) are being rigidly mounted between a frame structure (109) of a vehicle and a wheel structure (111) of the vehicle and the arrangement of the flexible members (3401a, 3402a) is so as to provide guided suspension and being resistive against forces other than those in the intended direction of the suspension movement.
