Abstract: An ozone generating apparatus is provided, which comprises an ozone generating unit including tow electrodes (2, 31) mutually opposed to generate discharge in response to high voltage applied therebetween, a dielectric (4) interposed between the electrodes and a gas supply mechanism to supply an oxygen-rich gas between the electrodes (2, 31) so as to generate ozone by the discharge. The discharge space (5) has a gas pressure of 101325 Pa (1 atm) or more and a discharge gap length of 0,4 mm or less. Further the product of the gas pressure and the discharge gap length is about 4000 Pa · cm (30 Torr · cm) or less.

Abstract: There is provided a highly efficient and compact ozone generating apparatus in which a very short air gap (5) of about 0.2 mm is formed at high accuracy. Non-discharge portions are dispersed and disposed to cover an entire discharge space, or a spacer (61) is provided to form the non-discharge portion. Abstract: 본 고안에 따른 오존 용존수 제조장치는, 대기중에서 유입된 원료 가스로서의 공기를 사용하여 오존을 발생시키는 방전관; 방전관에 주입되는 공기 속에 함유되어 있는 수분을 제거하기 위한 제습장치; 상기 방전관에서 생성된 오존의 일정량을 원수에 주입 및 혼합시켜 오존 용존수를 생성하는 인젝터; 인젝터에 의해 생성된 오존 용존수가 고압이 인가된 방전관으로의 역류를 막기 위한 체크 밸브; 상기 방전관 내부로 일정량의 원료가스를 공급하기 위한 펌프; 상기 인젝터에서의 오존 용존수 생성과 관련하여 공급되는 원수의 압력에 따라 스위치 온/오프하는 수압제어 스위치; 상기 방전관 내부에 남아있는 오존 및 상기 인젝터 내부에 남아있는 오존 용존수를 외부로 배출하기 위한 지연 타이머; 및 상기 제 구성요소들 및 시스템에 필요한 전원을 공급하기 위한 전원공급장치를 포함하여 구성된다.
이와 같은 본 고안에 의하면, 공기중의 공기로부터 오존을 발생시키기 위한 방전관의 외형을 방열판 형식으로 하여 열을 분산시키고, 소형 펌프를 사용하여 방전관 내부로 공기를 일정하게 제습장치를 거쳐 주입시킴으로써 오존 농도의 편차를 줄이고, 용존 효율을 증대시킬 수 있다. 그리고, 이에 따라 대기로 방출되는 배오존을 현저히 감소시켜 환경 친화적인 오존 용존수 발생장치를 제공할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
