이에 따라서, 열손실을 최소화 함은 물론 어린이 등이 회전문에 끼여 발생되는 안전사고를 미연에 방지토록 하고, 외부의 전원공급 없이도 자체 발전된 에너지를 사용하여 안전장치등을 가동할 수 있게 되어 에너지 손실을 최소화 하는 것이다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A door damper for a vehicle is provided to prevent damage of a door and a vehicle body due to sudden opening and closing by changing a damping coefficient according to speed of the door in opening and closing. CONSTITUTION: A door damper for a vehicle comprises a sensing unit(30), a control unit, and an operating unit(50). The sensing unit senses temporary acceleration of a door. The control unit has a microcomputer to compare and control an output value inputted from the sensing unit. The operating unit decelerates moving speed of the door by the control unit. The sensing unit comprises an electromagnet installed to one side of a body bracket(11) and a magnet core installed to a door bracket(12) to generate change of magnetic force of the electromagnet. The operating unit comprises a damper case(51), a hinged pin(53) and fluid(52) for damping. The damper case is fixed to one side of the body bracket in negative pole. The hinged pin penetrates the damper case, and the hinged pin is moved with the door bracket integrally. Fluid for damping fills the damper case and coefficient of viscous is changed by electric current. Therein, coefficient of viscous for fluid is increased when door is opened and closed rapidly.

Abstract: The present invention provides a door closer control system that includes a door closer having a rack and pinion mechanism connected to a pair of shafts with different length and a pair of springs. The shorter shaft is attached to the pinion of the door closer and will rotate in conjunction with the pinion as the door opens or closes. The shafts have correspondent gears connected to the shafts. The rotation of the first gear will be meshing with the second gear on the second shaft. Electronic sensors are placed on both sides of the door to detect a presence of an object and are activated by the movement of the solenoids. The movement of the solenoids cause a set of springs in the system to engage and disengage from a link to allow free motion of the door.
