Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile vehicle feeding device having a simple constitution that is incorporated under a private rail in a rolling stock maintenance shop and can automatically convey the rolling stock, a carrier, a wheel set, or the like between working areas. SOLUTION: The vehicle feeding device comprises a frame 12 bridged between the rails and moving along the rails, and a running section and a wheel pushing/sending section disposed in a driving section installation plate 13 mounted to one side of the frame. The running section comprises a chain 20 for a pin gear fixed to a rail base, a motor 18 installed on the driving section installation plate 13, and a sprocket 19 for the pin gear that is rotated by the motor 18 and rotates and runs by engaging with the chain 20 for the pin gear. The wheel pushing/sending section comprises an actuator 22 to be attached to the installation plate 13, a link mechanism for transmitting an operation of the actuator 22, and a holding member 23 rising or falling in response to an operation of the link mechanism. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic turbine mechanism in a hydraulic turbine power generator which can prevent, to the most, a decrease in rotation efficiency of an output shaft, by decreasing load which blades of a hydraulic turbine receive whenever they reach water surface with their rotation and after they go out of water.SOLUTION: The hydraulic turbine mechanism in the hydraulic turbine power generator includes: a shaft cylinder 1 having an output shaft 2 for outputting rotation driving force to a generator 8; a plurality of blades 3 mounted on a peripheral side face of the shaft cylinder 1; and a stand 5 pivotally supporting the output shaft 2. The blades 3 are mounted on the peripheral side face of the shaft cylinder 1 through hinges 4 fixed tilting with respect to the output shaft 2 to freely turn from the peripheral side face of the shaft cylinder 1 on which the blades are mounted by the predetermined angle and vice versa.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary implement for rail punch installment which enables easier, quicker, and safer replacement of a rail punch necessary for a longer rail, uniforms punch installment positions, and enables easily carrying out accurate rail creepage measurement without an error to ensure the reliability of rail creepage measurement. SOLUTION: A body case 1 is placed on a rail 31, and has a top face plate 2 in contact with the top face of the rail 31 and a side face plate 3 in contact with a side face of the rail 31. A fixing means 8 for fixing to the rail 31 is disposed on the top face plate 2, while measuring linear scales 4 and 5 are fixed to the top face plate 2 and/or the side face plate 3. A check window 17 is formed on the upper half of the side face plate 3, and a linear scale 6 for rail punch installment is attached detachably to the part where the check window 17 is formed. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for automatically applying a liquid to rails that is disposed on an inside rail even at a location of a large cant, thereby effectively preventing the occurrence of a creaking noise caused between rails and wheels, and causing no lubricating liquid wastefully flowing down. SOLUTION: The apparatus for applying a liquid to rails includes a storage tank 1 of a lubricating liquid, a pump 2 that supplies a lubricating liquid from the storage tank 1, and a liquid applying unit 3 that receives a lubricating liquid supply from the pump 2 and discharges this onto a rail tread surface. The liquid applying unit 3 comprises an elongated block 4 fixed to the side surface of a rail head, and a discharge block 5 incorporated into the elongated block 4. The discharge block 5 is provided with a nozzle 15 for discharging a lubricating liquid supplied from the storage tank 1 by the operation of the pump 2 and then fed through a pipe 11 onto the rail tread surface. The nozzle 15 is disposed inclined upwardly and inclined inwardly in the rail direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
