Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for calcium uptake which includes mineral water and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating osteoporosis and to a composition for calcium uptake which includes 200-300 mg/L of potassium, 7000-9500 mg/L of sodium, 1400-1700 mg/L of calcium, 900-1100 mg/L of magnesium, 3-9 mg/L of zinc, 25-35 mg/L of strontium, 200-500 μg/L of selenium, 65-75 μg/L of vanadium, 0.5-1.5 μg/L of germanium, 10-40 μg/L of manganese, 1-3 μg/L of cobalt, 600-950 μg/L of titan, 3-9 μg/L of copper, 0.02-0.09 mg/L of lithium, 16000-19500 mg/L of chlorine ion, 1.5-3.0 mg/L of fluorine ion, 40-56 mg/L of bromide ion, 3000-4500 mg/L of sulfate ion, 0.8-1.2 mg/L of boron, and 0.5-15 mg/L of silicon dioxide as mineral components. The composition including brine mineral water collected from 1100 m underground of hot spring in coastal terrace in Gang-reung-si Ok-gye-myun geum-jin3ri 92-1, Kang-won-do, Korea according to the present invention reduces numerical value of instant parathyroid hormone (iPTH), and increases concentration of ionized calcium in order for the composition of the present invention which includes the effective composition to effectively help calcium absorption into body so that the composition can be effectively used for preventing and treating diseases such as osteoporosis caused by calcium deficiency. Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition for emitting infrared rays which contains mineral water floating colloid is provided to have the composition which is harmless in the human body, environment-friendly, and which promotes metabolism, increases a blood circulation by containing a mineral component and rare earth materials with a large amount. CONSTITUTION: A composition for emitting infrared rays contains mineral water floating colloid. The mineral water is collected from 1011 m spot of the underground in a hot spring site of a coastal terrace region in the Geumjin-ri, Okgye-Myeon, Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do, Korea. The mineral water floating colloid contains a mineral component and rare earth materials. 0.5-5 um of the colloid is formed by agglomerating 100-500 nm of floating colloid particles. The composition for emitting infrared rays is included as an active ingredient in the functional cosmetic which has an effect of emitting the far infrared rays. Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for an islet microcapsule of alginate-chitosan bilayer is provided to suppress deposition of inflammatory immunocytes and to treat diabetes. CONSTITUTION: An islet microcapsule of alginate-chitosan bilayer is used for treating diabetes. The islet microcapsule forms immune barrier by capsulating different kind islet with sodium alginate and coating with chitosan. The different kind islet is an islet isolated from adult pig. A method for preparing islet microcapsule of alginate-chitosan for treating diabetes comprises: a step of isolating islet from islet source; a step of diluting isolated islet in sodium alginate solution; a step of dropping in BaCl_2 to form a capsule; and a step of coating outer membrane of the capsule with chitosan at pH 4.5.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A ubiquitous hypertension management system based on a clinical decision supporting system is provided to quickly grasp a patient and automatically record necessary information. CONSTITUTION: A patient terminal(100) receives self-measured systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure values from a patient by accessing a web page. A hypertension management server(200) applies a different reference according to whether an accompany disease history exists about the blood pressure value to calculate blood pressure achievement scores. The hypertension management server determines whether close monitoring is more required by calculating times that an average value of the blood pressure achievement scores exceeds the first reference value during a set period.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and a method for semi automatic response of clinical decision support system in management of blood sugar are provided to easily grasp the current status of diabetes patients by producing a list of patients who need intensive care, and reporting the list to a medical team. CONSTITUTION: A patient condition monitoring unit(11) extracts the blood sugar information which makes the state of the diabetes patient from a monitoring. A filtering unit(12) filters the extracted blood sugar information. A patient condition determining unit(13) processes the patient condition by good, not-decided and not-good states.
