Abstract: PURPOSE: A ubiquitous hypertension management system based on a clinical decision supporting system is provided to quickly grasp a patient and automatically record necessary information. CONSTITUTION: A patient terminal(100) receives self-measured systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure values from a patient by accessing a web page. A hypertension management server(200) applies a different reference according to whether an accompany disease history exists about the blood pressure value to calculate blood pressure achievement scores. The hypertension management server determines whether close monitoring is more required by calculating times that an average value of the blood pressure achievement scores exceeds the first reference value during a set period.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种基于临床决策支持系统的无处不在的高血压管理系统，快速掌握患者并自动记录必要的信息。 构成：患者终端（100）通过访问网页从患者接收自我测量的收缩压和舒张压值。 高血压管理服务器（200）根据是否存在关于血压值的伴随病史来计算血压成绩分数，应用不同的参考。 高血压管理服务器通过计算在设定的时间段期间血压成绩分数的平均值超过第一参考值的时间，来确定是否需要更紧密的监视。
