CONSTITUTION: A Streptomyces psammoticus(deposit number KACC 91580P) has an antibacterial activity. A method for preparing an antibiotic material with antibacterial activity against plant pathogen comprises: a step of culturing the strain in a GSM(glucose starch molasses) medium; and a step of isolating and purifying strevertene A or B. A germicidal composition for preventing plant diseases contains sterevertene A or B as an active ingredient.

CONSTITUTION: A patch antenna(100) includes a patch radiator(110), a feeding line(150), and a selection unit(140). The patch radiator is a rectangular conductive plate. First and second feeding points(111,112) are symmetrically formed on the patch radiator. If the same power is supplied to the first and second feeding points, the patch radiator outputs the signal with different phase. A selection unit connects the first feeding point or second feeding point to the feeding line. The feeding line has a preset electrical length.
