Abstract: PURPOSE: Plug tray seeding recognition apparatus and method are provided to exactly detect poor seeds of plug tray seeding using filmed plug tray seeding image signals and to reduce a labor cost required to the detection of poor seeds. CONSTITUTION: The plug tray seeding recognition apparatus comprises a plug tray(10); a conveyor belt(11) for moving the plug tray to a filming working position; a plug tray sensor(14) for detecting whether the plug tray is positioned at an exact working position or not; a light disposed at both sides of the plug tray positioned at the exact working position; a CCD camera(18) for filming the plug tray; and a control device for controlling the driving of the conveyor belt according to signals from the sensor to control the positioning of the plug tray and determining conditions of the plug tray seeding.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供插片盘播种识别装置和方法，使用成像的插片盘播种图像信号精确检测插片盘播种的不良种子，并减少检测不良种子所需的人工成本。 构成：插头托盘播种识别装置包括插头托盘（10）; 用于将插头托盘移动到成像工作位置的传送带（11）; 用于检测插头托盘是否位于精确工作位置的插头托盘传感器（14）; 布置在位于精确工作位置的插头托盘两侧的灯; 用于拍摄插头托盘的CCD相机（18）; 以及控制装置，用于根据来自传感器的信号来控制传送带的驱动，以控制插头托盘的定位并确定插头托盘播种的条件。

Abstract: 본 고안은 식물조직의 배양공정에서 반복적으로 이루어지는 배지를 플라스크, 배양용, 링거병, PE용기등 소형의 배양용기에 분주하는 작업을 인력이 아닌 자동화로 이루어지도록 함으로써, 배지의 분주작업에 대한 자동화에 의해 원하는 량만큼 분주할 수 있는 정밀성을 향상시키고, 동시에 식물조직 배양공정의 생력화에 크게 향상시키며, 분주작업을 하는 작업자의 작업능률을 향상시키는 식물조직 배양용 배지의 자동 분주장치를 제공하는데 그 특징이 있다.
또한, 본 고안은 이로 인해 전체적인 자동 분주장치에 대한 효율성을 향상시켜 이를 이용하여 작업하는 작업자에게 사용상의 신뢰도와 만족도를 극대화시키는 식물조직 배양용 배지의 자동 분주장치를 제공하는데 있다.
