본 발명은 서열번호 1 내지 4의 프라이머 세트를 포함하는 배추무름병균을 검출하기 위한 등온증폭반응용 프라이머 조성물, 상기 프라이머 세트를 포함하는 배추무름병균 검출용 키트 및 상기 프라이머 세트를 이용하여 배추무름병균을 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A composition for preventing bacterial leaf blight in Oryza sativa is provided to suppress bacterial leaf blight and to minimize damage of rice growing regions. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing bacterial leaf blight in Oryza sativa contains staurosporine of chemical formula I. Staurosporine is derived from Streptomyces rubrolavendulae MJM4426. The bacterial leaf blight is a plant disease caused by Xanthomonas genus. A method for preparing staurosporine comprises the steps of: culturing Streptomyces rubrolavendulae MJM4426; extracting the culture with an organic solvent; performing chromatography of the extract to obtain an active fraction; and purifying the active fraction.

PURPOSE: A novel antibiotic compound and an agrochemical compound composition containing the same are provided to treat or prevent plant pathogen of crops. CONSTITUTION: A novel antibiotic compound is denoted by chemical formula 3. The compound of chemical formula 3 suppresses malonyl-CoA: acyl carrier protein transacylase(MCAT) activation. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating pathogen contains the compound of chemical formula 3 and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. A feed composition for preventing or treating infection by pathogen contains the compound of chemical formula 3 and acceptable carriers. An agrochemical composition for preventing or treating infection contains the compound of chemical formula 1 or 2 and agrochemically acceptable carriers.

CONSTITUTION: A primer set for detecting Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. Sepedonicus contains primers of sequence numbers 1 and 2. A method for detecting Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. Sepedonicus comprises a step of amplifying DNA isolated from a plant sample using the primer set. A kit for detecting Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. Sepedonicus contains the primer set.

The bottromycin A2 is derived from Streptomyces sp. A method for extracting bottromycin A2 from soil Actinomyces comprises: a step of extracting culture liquid of the soil Actinomyces with organic solvent and a step of performing chromatography.
