    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is an artificial hibernating method for Korean native queen bumble bee within four days after coition at the temperatures in the range of 0 to 2.5 deg.C suitable for artificial hibernating to increase the rate of the survival. CONSTITUTION: The artificial hibernating method comprises making Korean native bumble bees to hibernate by embedding them in humectants while maintaining humidity of above 80%. The hibernating temperature is in the range of 0 to 2.5 deg.C which is suitable for cold storage of the queen bumble bees. The humectant is any one selected from pearlite or bed soil for gardening. Particularly, the Korean native bumble bees are queen Bombus ignitusSmith within four days after coition.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for mass proliferation of Bombus, ignitus Smith, which increases an oviposition rate of the Bombus, ignitus Smith, and which increases an oviposition efficiency and maximizes a productivity of bee group, and which improves a quality of the produced bee group, and substantially reduces costs. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises simultaneously introducing a worker of Bombus ignitus or Bombus terrestris which is an oviposition promoter, and a queen bee of Bombus ignitus, in order to improve an oviposition of the worker. In the method, worker of less than 3 days or more than 3 days after eclosion is anesthetized. The number of worker introduced as an oviposition promotor is 2. Breeding temperature is 27 deg.C and breeding humidity is relative humidity 65%, when field collected Bombus ignitus is bred at indoor environment.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for breeding artificially domestic Bombus ignitus Smith indoors as a pollen carrier insect by offering the most suitable environment is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for breeding artificially domestic Bombus ignitus Smith indoors is composed of the following steps of: (i) a first step to transfer domestic Bombus ignitus Smith collected outdoors in a portable box having many ventilating holes to an indoor breeding room in condition of temperature 30±1deg.C, relative humidity 60±5% and darkness; (ii) a second step to breed in a box(30) for settlement and inducing oviposition while supplying honey and pollen prepared by freezing fresh pollen at -60deg.C for 20days, and mixing 60% acacia honey; (iii) a third step to transfer into a box for swarming when worker bees appear; and (iv) a fourth step to transfer new queen bee and male bee which appear after two month into a net box for copulation.

    Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种通过提供最合适的环境将人造家庭熊蜂点燃室内养殖作为花粉载体昆虫的方法。 构成：室内人工养殖熊蜂火鸡的繁殖方法由以下几个步骤组成：（i）将室内收集的国内熊果火鸡史密斯带入室内繁殖室的第一步， 温度30±1℃，相对湿度60±5％，黑暗; （ii）第二步，在箱子（30）中繁殖，用于定居和诱导产卵，同时供应通过将新鲜花粉冷冻至-60℃时制备的蜂蜜和花粉20天，并混合60％的相思蜂蜜; （iii）第三步，当工蜂出现时，转入盒子进行群聚; 和（iv）第二步，将新皇后蜜蜂和两只月后出现的雄蜂转入网箱进行交配。
