The present invention relates to an artificial terra tiavausta composition manufactured by adding sodium, potassium, and calcium components to loess. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing artificial terra tiavausta which comprises the steps of: (i) obtaining a mixed composition by adding sodium, potassium, and calcium components to loess; (ii) obtaining a melted material by heating the mixed composition; (iii) pulverizing after cooling the melted material at room temperature; (iv) manufacturing the pulverized material into a nanocolloid form; (v) collecting an extract by filtering after adding diatomite to the nanocolloid; and (vi) neutralizing the filtered extract using acid.

PURPOSE: A method for differentiating adult stem cells into schwann cells is provided to effectively differentiate adult stem cells into schwann cells without an expensive differentiation medium. CONSTITUTION: A method for differentiating adult stem cells into schwann cells using an electromagnetic field comprises the steps positioning the adult stem cells in the electromagnetic field at a frequency of 1-200 Hz; and culturing the adult stem cells. The intensity of the electromagnetic field is 0.5-2 mT. The culturing comprises the steps of: culturing the adult stem cells in an alpha-MEM medium containing beta-mercaptoethanol for 12-36 hours; culturing the adult stem cells in an alpha-MEM medium containing trans-retinoic acid for 60-82 hours; and culturing the adult stem cells in an alpha-MEM medium containing forskolin for 7-14 days.

PURPOSE: A composition for inducing the differentiation into neural cells is provided to regenerate and resuscitate neural cells by transplanting mesenechymal stem cells to treat incurable neural diseases as the mesenechymal stem cells are differentiated into neural cells after the mesenechymal stem cells are transplanted into the area of lesion. CONSTITUTION: A method for differentiating stem cells into neural cells comprises the steps of: culturing stem cells; and differentiating the cultured stem cells into neural cells by treating the cultured stem cells with culture additive including lipoic acid, albumin, hydrocortisone, and insulin. The stem cells are one or more kinds selected from a group consisting of embryonic stem cells, adult stem cells, induced pluripotent stem cells, embryonic germ cells, embryonic tumor cells, neural stem cells, and mesenechymal stem cells. The stem cells are separated from one or more kinds selected from a group consisting of bone marrow, cord blood, and fat tissue. A composition for inducing the differentiation into neural cells includes lipoic ace, albumin, hydrocortisone, and insulin.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling the concentration of dissolved oxygen in cells and a method for controlling the concentration of dissolved oxygen in cells using the same are provided to simplify and miniaturize the apparatus because additional devices for injecting mixed gas are unnecessary. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for controlling the concentration of dissolved oxygen in cells comprises: a first channel (110) which provides a space for cell culture; a second channel (120) which is placed at one side of the first channel; an intermediate membrane which is placed between the first and second channels and divides for enabling oxygen to pass through the first and second channels; and an oxygen absorbent supply unit which supplies an oxygen absorbent to the second channel for discharging intracellular dissolved oxygen of the first channel to the second channel through the intermediate membrane. A method for controlling the dissolved oxygen in cells using the apparatus comprises the steps of: culturing the cells in the first channel; and supplying the oxygen absorbent to the second channel and reducing oxygen partial pressure of the first channel.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a Hippophae rhamnoides L. seed extract with antioxidative and antibacterial activities is provided to effectively remove lipid and materials with low solubility without sedimentation. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a Hippophae rhamnoides L. seed extract comprises: a step of pulverizing Hippophae rhamnoides L. seeds and extracting with C1-C4 alcohol to prepare an alcohol extract; a step of adding diatomite to the alcohol extract and concentrating by reduced pressure to prepare concentrate; and a step of adding 1-50%(w/v) of diatomite to the concentrate and storing at -20 ~ 5 Deg.C. for 30 minutes to 20 hours. An antibacterial composition contains the Hippophae rhamnoides L. seed extract as an active ingredient.

The neural cells include astrocytes and oligodendrocytes. The mesenchymal stem cells are derived from bone marrow, adipose, or umbilical cord. The adult stem cells are dental pulp stem cells.
