본 발명의 실시예에 따른 영상 인식 장치는, 영상으로부터 문자를 인식하여 디지털 문서를 생성하고, 생성된 디지털 문서를 생성하는 제어부, 및 디지털 문서를 출력하는 입출력부를 포함한다. 여기서, 제어부는 영상에 포함된 문자로부터 언어를 구분하는 언어 구분기, 구분된 언어의 문자를 문자의 기본단위로 분할하는 문자 분할기, 및 기본단위로 분할된 문자를 인식하고 인식된 문자를 사용하여 디지털 문서를 생성하는 문자 인식기를 포함하되, 언어 구분기, 문자 분할기 및 문자 인식기 각각은 문자 인식을 위해 콘볼루션 신경망을 사용하여 학습하거나 학습된 데이터를 사용한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling the concentration of dissolved oxygen in cells and a method for controlling the concentration of dissolved oxygen in cells using the same are provided to simplify and miniaturize the apparatus because additional devices for injecting mixed gas are unnecessary. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for controlling the concentration of dissolved oxygen in cells comprises: a first channel (110) which provides a space for cell culture; a second channel (120) which is placed at one side of the first channel; an intermediate membrane which is placed between the first and second channels and divides for enabling oxygen to pass through the first and second channels; and an oxygen absorbent supply unit which supplies an oxygen absorbent to the second channel for discharging intracellular dissolved oxygen of the first channel to the second channel through the intermediate membrane. A method for controlling the dissolved oxygen in cells using the apparatus comprises the steps of: culturing the cells in the first channel; and supplying the oxygen absorbent to the second channel and reducing oxygen partial pressure of the first channel.

PURPOSE: A cell damage modeling apparatus using a microfluidic element and a cell damage modeling method using the same are provided to simulate an environment which is similar to a real cell pressurizing condition through the configuration that is able to pressurize cells by supplying air to an air channel. CONSTITUTION: A cell damage modeling apparatus comprises: a cell culture channel (110) for culturing nerve cells; an air channel (120) formed at one side of the cell culture channel; an intermediate layer which is formed between the cell culture channel and the air channel and has an elastically transformable material; and an air supply unit which supplies air to the air channel to pressurize cells in the cell culture channel. The cell culture channel and the air channel form an interlayer in a main body (100) of a PDMS material.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for immobilizing microalgae on a support, comprising the steps of: providing a support having a functional group enabling hydrogen binding; and allowing microalgae to adhere to a surface of the support. In the case where the microalgae are allowed to adhere to the support by using the method according to the present invention, the limits of several techniques that have not been attempted in the existing suspension culturing can be overcome. For example, observing intercellular changes according to gradients of concentrations of respective nutrients, including observation of single cells, through the combination with the micro-fluidic technique, high-throughput screening capable of promptly and massively screening microalgae that can be used for wastewater treatment and biodiesel production, and imaging for cell individuals are possible, and thus the present invention has very great practicability.

본원은 두 개 이상의 방출 파장을 갖는 형광 표지자를 이용한 세포내 중성지질의 축정에 대한 측정 방법을 개시한다. 본원에 따른 방법은 바이오 디젤의 전구물질인 중성지질에 대한 생성원리의 규명을 가능하게 하여 특히 바이오 디젤 생성 효율 극대화를 위한 균주개발, 배지 최적화, 최적 반응기 설계, 대사공정과 생산물 정제 등의 통합 연구 개발에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
