Abstract: A variable capacity rotary compressor is provided to simplify a vane control unit by making direct communication between a connection pipe and a closed chamber and ensure fast discharge of gas within the closed chamber by minimizing the capacity of the closed chamber without generating noise and chattering. A variable capacity rotary compressor comprises a housing(10), first and second vanes(43,53), first and second vane guide grooves(44,54), and a vane control unit(60). The housing includes first and second compression chambers(31,32) that are divided from each other. The first and second vanes advance and retreat to/from the radial direction of the first and second compression chambers. The first and second vane guide grooves are provided in the housing to guide the first and second vanes. The first vane guide groove include a closed chamber(46) receiving the rear end of the first vane and in communication with a path of the vane control unit, wherein the closed chamber has an inside corresponding to an external shape of the rear end of the first vane to minimize its internal capacity. The vane control unit performs constraint control of the first vane by using suction pressure and discharge pressure, comprising a connection pipe(61) in direct communication with the closed chamber, a high pressure pipe(62) connecting discharge side of the compressor and the connection pipe, a low pressure pipe(63) connecting suction side of the compressor and the connection pipe, and an opening/closing valve(64) for selective connection of the high pressure pipe and low pressure pipe to the connection pipe.

Abstract: A rotary expander is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by making a communication passage easy to be machined. A rotary expander includes a front head(40), a rear head(50), a U-shaped communication passage, a piston(34), and a bypass passage(48). The front head and the rear head close the upper and lower sides of a cylinder to form an expansion chamber. The U-shaped communication passage is provided in at least one of the front head and the rear head to connect a suction port and an expansion chamber. The piston is installed so as to be eccentric to a crank shaft penetrating the cylinder. The bypass passage is provided in the piston and selectively connects the communication passage and the expansion chamber. The rotary expander rotates the crank shaft by a high pressure fluid introduced into the interior of the expansion chamber. The communication passage includes two vertical communication passages and a horizontal communication passage connecting them. At least one of the front head and the rear head includes a first head and a second head.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for transferring a magazine having a direction detecting sensor is provided to check a direction in which a lead frame is supplied in a magazine stage before a process is performed, by forming a direction display unit in the magazine. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of magazines(20) have a groove for loading a lead frame(10), and are of a rectangular parallelopiped shape. The magazines have a direction display unit(25) for recognizing a sensor which displays a loaded direction of the lead frame, in a portion of an outer circumferential surface of the magazine. The plurality of magazines is loaded in a transfer plate(62). A standard substrate is vertically installed in one side of the transfer plate in which the magazines are to be loaded. A transfer block(68) is installed in the other side of the transfer plate in which the magazines are to be loaded, and makes the magazine closely adhered to a standard plate(64). A direction detecting sensor(50) is installed in the standard plate, corresponding to the direction display unit of the magazine loaded in the transfer plate. The direction detecting sensor detects whether the direction display unit is in the magazine. A driving unit(67) makes the transfer plate reciprocate vertically, and transfers the magazine loaded in the transfer plate.
