본발명은, 냉시동운전조건에서공기극과연료극의역할을바꾸어교차운전하는냉시동운전모드를설정횟수동안실시함으로써, 상기공기극측의수분의결빙을방지하거나생성된얼음의표면결합력을약화시켜얼음의분리가쉽게이루어지도록함으로써, 냉시동문제를해결할수 있다. 또한, 냉시동운전모드로전환시공기극내의산소를소모시키고공기극내의잔류질소를통해연료극을퍼지함으로써, 수소와산소의직접반응을방지할수 있다. 또한, 히터등의설치가불필요하여추가적인전력소요가없으면서냉시동문제를해결할수 있는이점이있다. 또한, 냉시동으로인한운전중단이없어지므로전력생산효율이향상될수 있다.

PURPOSE: A transformed animal which reveals a preS1 W4P variation protein of a hepatitis B virus and a use thereof are provided to valuably use for investigation of pathogenesis of a liver disorder which is sex-specific as a liver-disordered animal model and to valuably use a liver disease medicine for screening. CONSTITUTION: A non-human transformed animal which has been through transformation with an HBV dielectric contains a W4P preS1 gene to reveal a W4P preS1 variation protein of hepatitis B virus (HBV). A dielectric HBV dielectric is an A type or a C type. The HBV dielectric has a base sequence from 1433 to 4674 among the base sequence of a sequence number 1. The HBV dielectric has a base sequence from 1448 to 4694 among the base sequence of a sequence number 2. The transformed non-human animal is a liver disease model which reveals over-expression of an HBs antigen and an HBe antigen protein.

본 발명은 서열목록 제1서열의 뉴클레오타이드 서열을 가지는 미코박테리아( mycobacteria )-유래된 복제가능(replicable) DNA 핵산분자, 이를 이용하여 제작된 미코박테리아( mycobacteria )-대장균( Escherichia coli )용 셔틀 벡터, 그리고 이로 형질전환된 세포를 제공한다. 본 발명의 플라스미드(약 18 kb)는 미코박테리아에서 유래되었으며, 16개의 ORFs(open reading frames), 복제 개시점(replication region; oriM이라 명명) 및 복제에 필수적인 렙-유사 단백질(Rep-like protein)을 포함한다. 따라서, 본 발명의 플라스미드는 이를 이용한 유전자 연구/전달 시스템으로서 이용될 수 있을 뿐 아니라, DNA 또는 재조합 단백질을 효율적으로 전달함으로써 면역치료제로서 적용될 수 있다.

본 발명은 B형 간염에서 유래된 간질환 환자에 특이적인 HBV로부터 유래된 변이된 코어 항원 유전자 또는 단백질을 검출하여, HBe 항원 음성 만성 B형 간염 및 이로부터 유래된 간질환을 진단할 수 있는 진단용 키트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 HBe 항원 음성 만성 B형 간염 진단용 키트를 사용할 경우, HBe 항원 음성 만성 B형 간염에 특이적인 변이된 HBV 코어 항원 유전자 또는 단백질을 용이하게 검출할 수 있으므로, 변이된 코어 항원 유전자 또는 단백질을 포함하는 HBV에 의하여 발병되는 HBe 항원 음성 만성 B형 간염 및 이로부터 유래된 간질환을 조기에 효과적으로 진단할 수 있을 것이다.

A recombinant vector contains an expression target-coding nucleotide sequence and a promoter operatively linked to the nucleotide sequence. The expression target-coding nucleotide sequence is a DNA mismatch repair protein-encoding nucleotide sequence of sequence number 1 or 2. The recombinant vector additionally contains a selection marker. A method for detecting mycobacteria other than tuberculosis(MOTT) comprises: a step of preparing a sample containing the nucleic acid molecule; and a step of detecting MutS4A or MutS4B from a sample.

PURPOSE: A kit for diagnosing HBe antigen-negative chronic hepatitis type B and liver diseases is provided to easily detect HBV-specific mutated HBV S antigen gene or protein. CONSTITUTION: A kit for detecting HBe antigen-negative chronic hepatitis type B contains a primer of sequence numbers 1-4. The kit contains: a DNA probe having base sequences of sequence numbers 11-18, which specifically binds to a gene encoding 100th amino acid of L110I S antigen protein; a linker which contains oligo(dT)15, -(CH2)6-, and amine group in order and is connected to thymine region at 5' terminal of the DNA probe; and a solid substrate having aldehyde which is attached on the surface, in which an amine group of an electric linker is connected to the aldehyde group by Schiff's base reaction.

PURPOSE: A mutated S antigen protein relating to HBV occult infection is provided to early diagnose HBV occult infection and to effectively treat hepatitis type B. CONSTITUTION: A mutated S antigen protein of HBV(hepatitis B virus) contains 1-30 mutants of which one amino acid is substituted in an amino acid of sequence number 1. The HBV mutant is directly related to HBV occult infection. A mutated S antigen gene is used for diagnosing HBV occult infection.
