본 발명은 누에 혈림프 특이적 발현 유전자의 프로모터 및 이 유전자의 최대 프로모터 활성영역에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 누에 혈림프 특이적 발현 프로모터는 누에로부터 분리하여 서열번호 1로 표현되는 것이 특징이다. 본 발명에 의해, 누에의 혈림프에 특이적으로 발현되어 형질전환 누에로부터 유용한 유전자 재조합 단백질을 생산하도록 한 누에 혈림프 특이적 발현 유전자의 프로모터 및 이 유전자의 최대 프로모터 활성영역이 제공된다.

The present invention relates to a method for producing a silkworm transformant having human GM-CSF2 recombinant protein, a silkworm transformant produced thereby, and a transformed silkworm. The method for producing a silkworm transformant having human GM-CSF2 recombinant protein according to the present invention comprises the steps of: introducing bFibH promoter and 3xP3 promoter into a transfer vector to prepare an expression vector for silkworm transformation; and micro-injecting the expression vector for silkworm transformation into a silkworm egg to prepare a transduced silkworm transformant. The present invention provides: a method for producing a silkworm transformant, capable of mass-producing human-derived GM-CSF2 recombinant protein useful to humans at low costs; a silkworm transformant produced thereby; and a transformed silkworm.

The present invention relates to a food composition containing Dpp protein originated from silkworm as an active ingredient for the prevention and treatment of bone-related diseases. The present invention provides a food composition for the prevention and treatment of bone-related diseases containing Dpp protein originated from silkworm which contains the amino acid sequence with the sequence number 2 or a base sequence with the sequence number 2 for coding the amino acid sequence. The food composition for the prevention and treatment of bone-related diseases contains the Dpp protein originated from silkworm which is separated from silkworm and induces the production of bones by improving the differentiation of osteoblast necessary for the bone production.

PURPOSE: An artificial dura mater and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to guarantee safety in operation and to do not cause inflammation in the operation. CONSTITUTION: Silk fibroin aqueous solution is cast in smooth and flat place and is dried. The crystallization induction of the dried silk fibroin is executed. A crystallization induction step puts the dried silk fibroin is executed into an enclosure container in which relative humidity is over 80% and executes annealing with water.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing recombinant human keratinocyte growth factor using Bombyx mori protein disulfide isomerase gene is provided to improve productivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing recombinant human keratinocyte growth factor comprises: a step of transforming insect cell line with a recombinant expression vector containing the gene; a step of simultaneously or gradually transforming insect cell line with a recombinant vector containing human keratinocyte growth factor gene; a step of selecting transformed cell line which expresses Bombyx mori protein disulfide isomerase and human keratinocyte growth factor; and a step of producing the recombinant human keratinocyte growth factor.

Provided are an artificial eardrum using silk protein and a method of fabricating the same. The artificial eardrum is fabricated in the form of a silk membrane by desalinating and drying silk protein (or silk fibroin) or a silk protein complex solution obtained after removal of sericin from a silkworm cocoon or silk fiber. Thus, regeneration of an eardrum perforated due to disease or a sudden accident is stimulated, a boundary of the regenerated eardrum is clean and biocompatibility and transparency are increased. In addition, the artificial eardrum may be fabricated using the silk protein or silk protein complex solution obtained from a silkworm cocoon alone or mixed with collagen, alginic acid, PEG or pluronic 127.
