PURPOSE: An apparatus for transmitting transmission rate related information for receiver selection in a multi cell MIMO downlink network and a method thereof, a receiver selection apparatus in the multi cell MIMO downlink network and a method thereof and a system thereof are provided to transmit the transmission rate related information for receiver selection in the multi cell MIMO downlink network which can achieve maximum sum transmission rate by calculation of low complexity only. CONSTITUTION: A receiving part (410) receives a pilot signal from a transmitter. A calculation part (420) calculates approximated sum transmission rate information by assuming a nonlinear receiver on the basis of the received pilot signal. The calculation part calculates the approximated sum transmission rate, by assuming the nonlinear receiver on the basis of the sum of variation matrix of other receivers existing in a currently belonging receiver group and variation matrix of a self-designated signal. A transmission part (430) transmits the approximated sum transmission rate information to the transmitter. PURPOSE: A method of encoding and decoding dispersed source is provided to improve error correction capability of newly comprised LDPC code. CONSTITUTION: A dispersed source coding apparatus (1300) comprises: an encoder (1310), a transmitter (1320), a syndrome divider (1330), and a source opening unit (1340). The encoder encodes the second information, and produces compression syndrome of the first information based on the first information or parity check matrix of low density parity check (LDPC) code. The transmitter transmits the encoded second information or compression syndrome of the first information to a decoding apparatus. The syndrome divider partitions and transfers the compression syndrome in case of receiving feedback information of reconstitution failure under number k which is set in advance. The source opening unit transfers specific bit of the first information to the decoding apparatus in case of receiving feedback information of reconstitution failure over the number k. PURPOSE: A communication device for a network using a distributed interference alignment technique and a distributed interference alignment method are provided to reduce the number of repetitive transmission of channel information for distributed interference alignment without degrading a sum rate by stopping repetitive transmission in a period when a sum rate is optimized. CONSTITUTION: A reception unit(910) receives a signal including channel information from a plurality of transmission devices. A calculation unit(920) forms an interference suppression matrix minimizing the interference of a signal. The calculation unit calculates the formed interference suppression matrix in the signal. A determining unit(930) determines whether the interference alignment of the signal is stopped or not based on interference signal power and sum rate of the signal calculated by the interference suppression matrix. PURPOSE: An efficient icon rearrangement method for HARQ transmission and a device thereof, packet transmission method, and a method thereof are provided to select icon coordinates which rapidly improves a diversity profit with simple mathematical equation. A position of each bit of a symbol changes through LLR value of each bit of each symbol on the basis of icon symbol according to the set-up symbol mapping. PURPOSE: A decoding sequence controlling apparatus and a method thereof are provided to calculate summation values of data transfer rates when considering all decoding sequences and to determine a decoding sequence. CONSTITUTION: A transfer rate calculating unit(155) calculates data transfer rates by adding a first CQI(Channel Quality Indicator) table and a second CQUI table. The first CQI table is matched with an effective SNR of a first layer. The second CQI table is matched with an effective SNR of a second layer. A decoding sequence controlling unit(156) compares the totaled data transfer rates. The decoding sequence controlling unit determines a decoding sequence.
