복호 순서 제어장치는 수신 신호의 채널 행렬과 프리코딩 행렬을 곱셈한 결과로부터 각 레이어(Layer) 별로 유효 SNR을 산출하는 유효 SNR 산출부, 각 레이어별로 산출된 유효 SNR을 CQI 테이블(Channel Quality Indicator)에 매핑하여 RI(Rank Indicator)를 선택하는 RI 설정부, 선택된 RI가 랭크 2일 경우, 제 1 레이어(p)의 유효 SNR에 대응되는 CQI(Channel Quality Indicator) 테이블의 부호율과 변조차수를 곱셈한 값과, 제 2 레이어(1-p)의 유효 SNR에 대응되는 CQI 테이블의 부호율과 변조차수를 곱셈한 값을 합산한 데이터 전송률을 산출하는 전송률 산출부 및 합산한 데이터 전송률을 비교하여 가장 큰 값을 가지는 레이어를 우선으로 하여 복호 순서를 결정하는 복호 순서 제어부를 포함한다.

PURPOSE: An efficient icon rearrangement method for HARQ transmission and a device thereof, packet transmission method, and a method thereof are provided to select icon coordinates which rapidly improves a diversity profit with simple mathematical equation. CONSTITUTION: A standard Gray symbol mapping of an icon coordinate is set up(110). A position of each bit of a symbol changes through LLR value of each bit of each symbol on the basis of icon symbol according to the set-up symbol mapping. An icon rearrangement device designs a Gray mapping of first transmission. An icon coordinate is rearranged(120) by finding the optimal icon coordinate. PURPOSE: A decoding sequence controlling apparatus and a method thereof are provided to calculate summation values of data transfer rates when considering all decoding sequences and to determine a decoding sequence. CONSTITUTION: A transfer rate calculating unit(155) calculates data transfer rates by adding a first CQI(Channel Quality Indicator) table and a second CQUI table. The first CQI table is matched with an effective SNR of a first layer. The second CQI table is matched with an effective SNR of a second layer. A decoding sequence controlling unit(156) compares the totaled data transfer rates. The decoding sequence controlling unit determines a decoding sequence.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for determining a channel state indicator in a mobile communication system are provided to perform efficient AMC(Adaptive Modulation And Coding) scheduling which is matched with a channel condition through a simple additional operation process by using a mean square channel matrix method. CONSTITUTION: A terminal receives signals(701). The terminal estimates a channel matrix by using a reference signal from the received signals(703). The terminal outputs a predetermined value(705). The terminal calculates a mean value by leveling a value outputted from the former step(707). The terminal determines a predetermined target value by applying an equation based on the calculated value(709, 711).
