CONSTITUTION: A mounting bracket(200) for a curtain air bag(100) comprises an attachment member(210) and a supporting member(220). The attachment member is fixed at the roof rail of a vehicle. The supporting member surrounds the air bag cushion. The supporting member is made of an upper end portion(220a) and a middle end portion(220b). The upper end portion is formed by bending the end of the attachment member toward the vertical direction. The middle end portion is formed by bending the upper end portion. The deflation of the air bag cushion is prevented by the middle end portion of the supporting member.
