Abstract: The present invention provides a high efficiency thermoelectric power generation component and a method to manufacture the same, which includes: an upper substrate and a lower substrate facing each other; and a number of thermoelectric elements formed between the upper substrate and the lower substrate. The thermoelectric element is comprised by forming a complex material pillar with a thermoelectric material having P-type and N-type semiconductor characteristics. According to the high efficiency thermoelectric power generation component and the method to manufacture the same, the component can obtain the characteristics of a remarkably improved power generation efficiency when compared to a previously developed thermoelectric component by forming a thermoelectric element layer where numerous nanopillars of a complex material are formed by stacking a P-type semiconductor and an N-type semiconductor of nanoparticles in turn using a dynamic oblique deposition (DOD) method. Also, manufacturing costs can sharply be reduced due to the simplicity of manufacturing. The component of the present invention can directly be applied in various fields such as power generation, military and medical fields, and vehicle, airplane and ship fields; thus improving the usability and reliability of a product.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An x-ray needle module for local radiation therapy is provided to minimize the damage of healthy organs other than cancer tissue. CONSTITUTION: An x-ray needle module for local radiation therapy comprises an x-ray generating unit(100) which generates x-ray by being provided with electricity from outside, and an x-ray needle forming unit(200) which forms the x-ray needle by collecting x-ray generated from the x-ray generating unit and extracts high strength short wavelength parallel x-ray needles. The x-ray needle forming unit comprises housing(210) in which an outlet for the x-ray needls is formed on the other side, an x-ray mirror(220) which forms the X-ray needles of the high strength short wavelength parallel x-ray needles.
