Abstract:
The present invention comprises an electric signal device, a piezoelectric element, and a plurality of optical fibers. The electric signal device generates and detects electric signals. The piezoelectric element connected to the electric signal device generates ultrasonic waves when the electric signals are applied, and the piezoelectric element generates the electric signals when the ultrasonic waves are applied. One end of the optical fiber is connected to the piezoelectric element and the optical fiber includes one or more hydrogen reaction units. The plurality of optical fibers measures the concentration of hydrogen with high sensitivity within more than double ranges by outputting the voltage of the electric signal more than twice. According to the sensor for ultrasonic optical fiber hydrogen, the sensor outputs output voltage more than twice by using the plurality of optical fibers with the hydrogen reaction units, and improves the sensitivity for measuring hydrogen as the output voltage outputted caused by the loss of ultrasonic waves or the interruption of ultrasonic wave progress by the hydrogen reaction units is reduced by more than two times. 본 발명은 초음파를 이용하는 수소감지센서에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 길이조절 및 탈착 가능한 초음파 이동부를 갖는 수소감지센서는, 전기신호를 발생 및 검출하는 전기신호장치와, 상기 전기신호장치에 연결되어 전기신호가 인가되면 초음파를 발생시키고 초음파가 가해지면 전기신호를 발생시키는 압전소자와, 상기 압전소자와 연결되어 상기 압전소자로부터 전달되는 초음파가 이동하고 일 측면에 수소 기체와 접촉 시 수소 기체를 흡수하여 팽창하는 수소 민감성 물질이 도포되는 광섬유 소재의 초음파 이동부를 포함하여 상기 수소 민감성 물질이 도포된 초음파 이동부의 초음파 반사율 변화를 측정하여 수소 기체의 농도를 측정하는 수소감지센서에 있어서, 상기 압전소자의 일단에 연결되어 상기 압전소자의 초음파를 상기 초음파 이동부에 전달하되, 상기 압전소자의 초음파가 상기 초음파 이동부로 전달되어 가는 방향을 제1 방향으로 정할 때 상기 제1 방향을 따라 소정 길이를 갖는 동시에 내면에 암나사가 형성되는 관형의 초음파 이동거리 조절부를 더 포함하고, 상기 초음파 이동부는 일단에 수나사가 형성되며, 상기 수나사의 상기 암나사에 대한 결합 길이 조절을 통해 상기 압전소자로부터 초음파 이동부로 이어지는 초음파의 전체 이동거리가 조절되어 수소 기체에 대한 감지 조건이 가변되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: A hydrogen detection sensor with an ultrasound movable unit which is length-adjustable and detachable is provided to install a sensor unit receiving ultrasonic signals to a piezoelectric element detachably, thereby improving user convenience. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen detection sensor(100) with an ultrasound movable unit(130) which is length-adjustable and detachable comprises an electric signal device(110), a piezoelectric element(120), and an ultrasound moving distance adjusting unit(140). The electric signal device generates and detects electric signals. The piezoelectric element is connected to the electric signal device, thereby generating ultrasonic waves when the electric signals are applied. The ultrasound movable unit is connected to the piezoelectric element. A hydrogen sensitive material is spread on one surface of the ultrasound movable unit. The ultrasound moving distance adjusting unit is connected to one end of the piezoelectric element. PURPOSE: A transparency bacteria cellulose base actuator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form an electrode by manufacturing a substrate having transparency using bacteria cellulose. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(110) is comprised of a bacteria cellulose thin film having transparency. An electrode(120) is formed on both sides of the substrate. The electrode has high-conductivity in order to transfer voltage to the substrate. A power supply unit(130) supplies the voltage to the electrode. An end portion of the substrate is bent when the voltage is applied to the electrode.

The present invention provides an ultrasonic wave optical fiber hydrogen detection sensor which comprises: an electrical signal device for generating and detecting an electrical signal; a piezoelectric device which is connected to the electrical signal device for generating ultrasonic wave when an electrical signal is applied and generating an electrical signal when ultrasonic wave is applied; and a plurality of optical fibers of which one end are connected to the piezoelectric device and one or more hydrogen reaction unit is formed in a predetermined part wherein the plurality of optical fibers measure the concentration of hydrogen with high sensitivity in a range of two or more times greater by outputting the output voltage of the electrical signal in two or more times. According to the ultrasonic wave optical fiber hydrogen detection sensor of the present invention, the sensor is capable of outputting the output voltage two or more times greater by using a plurality of optical fibers which have a hydrogen reaction unit, improves the sensitivity for detecting hydrogen by reducing the output voltage by half or less than half smaller because the propagation of ultrasonic wave is interrupted or the ultrasonic wave is lost due to the hydrogen reaction units which is formed in the optical fibers, and has effects on improving the accuracy of the hydrogen detection and the stability. A system and a method for controlling remote diagnosis of a thin film wrap winder by including a remote manager are provided to diagnose and control the winder in a remote place through the wireless network without residing management power at the remote winder. A thin film wrap winder diagnosis control server(100) transmits an error message in an abnormal operation. A manager terminal(300) receives the error message from the diagnosis control server and controls operation of the winder. The wireless network(200) connects the manager terminal and the remote diagnosis control server.
