PURPOSE: A method and device for transmitting data is provided to store predetermined data being inputted in real time in a buffer successively and supply the data stored in the buffer for a client in real time. CONSTITUTION: A data source(130) generates data. A data processing unit(140) processes the data being generated from the data source(130). A data buffer block(150) stores and outputs data through a plurality of buffers(151) provided therein. A web server(120) stores output data of the data processing unit(140) in the buffers(151) of the data buffer block(150), reads the data stored in the buffers(151) in accordance with a request of a client(100), and supplies the data to the client(100) through the Internet(110). A recording buffer manager(121) manages a buffer for storing data being output from the data processing unit(140) out of the buffers(151). A reading buffer manager(123) manages a reading of data stored in the buffers(151) and supplies a buffer for recording data to the recording buffer manager(121) in accordance with a request of the recording buffer manager(121). A recording buffer module(125) stores data being output from the data processing unit(140) in a buffer secured by the recording buffer manager(121). In the case that the client(100) requests a data transmission, a reading buffer module(127) reads data in the buffer secured by the recording buffer manager(121) and transmits the data to the client(100).

A closed circuit television (CCTV) and a smart device having a wireless communication function transmit a video and the information of a video status using the wireless communication function. Accordingly, the video acquired by the smart TV is transmitted through the CCTV, and the video acquired by the CCTV are reproduced in the smart device. In addition, the information of the status of the CCTV is transmitted to the smart device so that the CCTV is maintained and repaired through the smart device. In other words, the system for acquiring and managing the CCTV video includes a CCTV including a first camera to acquire an image of a monitoring region, a camera input processing block to process an input of the first camera, a video processing block to process a video input through the camera input processing block, an interface block for interfering with an external central managing center or a storage device, and a wireless communication block to perform a wireless communication function; and a smart device that includes a second camera to acquire the video and a wireless communication interface to make communication with the CCTV, and has an application program making communication with the CCTV to receive the video acquired by the CCTV, to transmit the video acquired by the second camera to the CCTV, and to receive the information of the CCTV state from the CCTV.

PURPOSE: An OKK and FSK dual mode demodulating method and a device thereof are provided to reduce a zero cross measuring error of a n on-off keying modulation signal by adding an optimum DC bias. CONSTITUTION: A band pass filter(220) passes a signal of at least two frequency bands. The band pass filter unit blocks the remaining frequency band signal. A dual mode demodulation module(210) divides the modulation method of the inputted signals by using frequency difference of the inputted signals. The band pass filter unit passes an OKK modulation signal and an FSK signal. The dual mode demodulation module includes a cross detector(212), a frequency calculator(213), and a frequency comparator(214).

PURPOSE: An analog front part filter structure for transmitting and receiving an OKK and FSK dual mode is provided to remove a harmonic signal of an OKK modulation signal and an FSK modulation signal by adding a low pass filter. CONSTITUTION: A band pass filter(410) comprises a first band pass filter and a second band pass filter. A modulation and demodulation circuit unit includes a first modulation module(420), a second modulation module(430), and a dual mode demodulation module(440). A switching unit switches the signal between the band pass filter and the modulation and demodulation circuit unit. The band pass filter includes a third filter which blocks harmonic signals of the signal generated in the first modulation and demodulation module. The third filter blocks the harmonic signals inputted to the second band pass filter. A third filter blocks the harmonic signals of the signal generated in the first demodulation module, which is inputted to the first band pass filter.

PURPOSE: A digital radio for broadcast receiving device and FFT location of window restoring method having the FFT location of window reconstitution device, and this is restored to the former state the location of the FFT window which is changed by revising the location of the FFT window based on the position offset estimation value calculating. CONSTITUTION: According to a FFT part(120) is the location of the FFT window, the OFDM symbol is fourier transformation performed the high speed. The FFT window location compensation part(130) is input the OFDM symbol which is Fourier transformed the high speed. The FFT window location compensation part produces the position offset estimation value of the FFT window by leveling the phase swinging value of a plurality of reference cells included in the OFDM symbol. The FFT window location compensation part revises the location of the FFT window based on the position offset estimation value calculating as described above.

A DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting)/DAB(Digital Audio Broadcasting) receiver and a method for receiving the DMB/DAB by using the receiver are provided to offer audio/video/data service information through a screen and a speaker of a TV by using a PIP(Picture In Picture) function of the TV. A DAB/DMB receiving module(260) receives DAB/DMB signal through an antenna and outputs audio/video/data service information to a control member(210) of a television system(200). The control member outputs the received audio/video/data service information to output devices corresponding to each data. A PIP control member(220) produces a video screen so that a PIP type screen is displayed by the received audio/video/data service information.
