Abstract: A signal measurement apparatus and a method thereof are provided to measure the performance of a device under test by converting a measurement response signal to a measurable receiving signal. A signal measurement apparatus includes an automatic test equipment(100), a device under test(200), and a signal converter(300). The automatic test equipment generates a measuring requirement signal to verify a transmission-receiving function of the device under test. The automatic test equipment verifies performance of the device under test by receiving a measurement response signal. The signal converter is located between the automatic test equipment and the device under test. The signal converter converts the measuring requirement signal into the measurement response signal.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An ECU monitoring system and method detects system noise at an input part of ECU and generates a corresponding stable output, and thus prevent ECU malfunction due to unpredicted system noise. Abstract: PURPOSE: A vehicle control system and a control method thereof are provided to control applications according to outside conditions of the vehicle, thereby accurately controlling the vehicle.
