Abstract: PURPOSE: A light diffusion plate of a right down type back light set for a liquid crystal display is provided to illuminate the whole liquid crystal display device with a bright illumination without increasing the number of installed light sources of the back light set. CONSTITUTION: According to the right down type back light set comprising a base(2) installed with a reflector plate(3) and a number of light sources(4) installed on the reflector plate in the base with a constant gap and a light diffusion plate installed above the light source, a light diffusion layer(8) is formed by printing a light diffusion agent with a constant gap which is made by mixing a synthetic resin adhesion and a light diffusion particle on one plane or both planes of the light diffusion plate. An embossing layer(9) is formed to cover the light diffusion layer, and refracts or reflects a light by making a revealed plane with a rugged plane.
